As a resulb of the misunderstanding over the content of the treaty,uncorrect description of the treaty appears in many books,this is nob a particular phenomenon,these errors commcnly exist in books fromearlier bibliography to au kinds of reading materidls on modern history,whicn puts readers to inconvenience in understanding the treaty.the most common error is that the description of the treaty such as the treatment of import and export duties on goods,the treatment of inland duties on goods and the treatment of"national,legl person and team" does not accord with the original meaning of the treaty,in addition to the descriptive errors of the content of the treaty,the words are not appropriateiy used in some books.

最常见的是对条约中关于商品进出口的关税待遇、商品的内地税待遇、&国民、法人及团体&的待遇等内容的表述不符合条约的原意。除了对内容的表述有误外，在一些书籍中，还出现了表述语言运用不当的问题。
