Result Among these patients, one patient with cerebellum swelling died after operation, among 6 cases of re-bleeding in-situ after acoustic neurinoma operation one died even after re-operation. All other patients were cured.

结果 术后小脑肿胀1例经抢救无效死亡；听神经瘤手术后瘤腔再出血6例中，1例经抢救无效死亡，另外5例经急诊手术血肿清除治愈；2例听神经瘤手术后幕上硬膜外血肿经急诊血肿清除治愈；脑脊液耳鼻漏3例、脑脊液切口漏17例、颅内感染8例、复视1例、带状疱疹6例、吞咽呛咳4例均经对症处理后预后良好。

Objectives The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of high thoracic epidural blockade on patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy by detecting heart rate variability , arrhythmias, neurohumoral factors, mortaliity of DCM patients and apoptosis in dilated cardiomyopathy mouse.

目的 研究高位硬膜外阻滞对原发性扩张型心肌病患者心率变异性、心律失常、神经内分泌细胞因子、病死率的影响，对扩张型心肌病大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的作用，旨在探讨该方法治疗原发性扩张型心肌病的疗效及机制。

Methods Eighty healthy nulliparous parturients scheduled for patientcontrolled epidural analgesia in labour, were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=20) according to different infusion speed:group I with a speed of 4 ml/h, group II with 6 ml/h, group III with 8 ml/h, group IV with 10 ml/h.

对80 例行自然分娩的单胎足月初产妇，均采用硬膜外自控分娩镇痛，根据不同背景输注速率随机分为四组，A组输注速率为4 ml/h，B组为6 ml/h，C组为8 ml/h，D组为10 ml/h。

Methods: Thirty ASA I nulliparous women were administered 10 ml bolus of epidural ropivacaine in the first stage of labor. A concentration of 0.5% ropivacaine was applied to the first woman, and the dosage to the next one was up-regulated or down-regulated one level in accordance to the previous woman's response to the concentration.

选择30例单胎足月初产妇，在进入第一产程活跃期时行硬膜外给予罗哌卡因10ml，第1例罗哌卡因的浓度为0.5%，下一产妇的药物浓度根据前一产妇有无运动阻滞情况来上调或下调1个浓度级。

Results:Among 11 cases of ectopic testes, two were located in femoral canal and had orchiectomy because of severe atrophy. Among the other 9 cases, one was in perineum, one in lateral to the scrotum, seven in superficial inguinal pouch of Denis Browne.

结果：11例异位睾丸中，2例位于股管因发育太差行睾丸切除；1例位于会阴，1例位于阴囊外侧，7例位于腹外斜肌腱膜浅面的Denis Browne袋中，均行同侧睾丸固定术。

Objective: RA is an autoimmune chronic systemic disease, characterized by inflammation, self-immune and the hyperplastic synovial pannus.

目的：类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis，RA)是一种慢性系统性疾病，其主要病理改变是滑膜炎和血管翳形成及其相关的血清组织中多种细胞因子、抗原抗体和粘附分子等的变化，而细胞因子是RA炎症和损伤的重要介质，对RA患者外周血及滑液中细胞因子改变已有大量研究，已证明多种细胞因子参与RA的病变过程。

Results:Out of the nine tuberculose patients,six healed after second operation,one sinus formation,two died.Out of the two disruption of wound,one was re-sutured and healed,the other healed after a long term of dressing changing.Seven infectious incision were controlled within one month.Out of the nine cerebrospinal fluid fistulae,eight were cured conservatively,only one spinal meninges was repaired.One epidural hematoma was cleared and made a good healing.Out of the two mold infection,one was cured after focal clearing,the other developed to chronic recurrent sinusitis.Four patients with sore healed after decompression.The other eight patients (four by hemostasis narcotic,two by liquefied fat,two by dermal allergic papular eczema) had good healing after intra-red therapy.

结果：9例结核患者再次手术后6例愈合，1例窦道形成，2例死亡；切口裂开2例中1例经切口再缝合愈合良好，另1例经10个月长期换药切口愈合；7例切口感染者均在1个月内控制感染；9例脑脊液漏，其中8例经保守治疗愈合，1例行脑脊膜再次修补术；1例硬膜外血肿清除后愈合良好；霉菌感染2例，其中1例经病灶清除后切口愈合，另1例演变成复发性窦道炎；4例压疮去除压迫后溃疡愈合；另外8例切口延迟愈合者中止血水引起者4例，脂肪液化2例，皮肤过敏2例，均经红外线照射后切口愈合。

RESULTS: Continuous paravertebral block was as effective asthoracic epidural analgesia with local anesthetic but wasassociated with a reduced incidence of hypotension.

结果：持续的椎旁阻滞和硬膜外的局麻药镇痛同样有效，并且能降低低血压的发生率。

Venous flow was redirected mainly via enlarged lumbar epidural, ascending lumbar, and paravertebral veins.
