In order to improve the performance of aerostatic bearing and enhance the reliability of system, the chief works of this paper represents as follows: First, on the foundation of development and present research situation of internal and external aerostatic bearings, this paper summarizes the principle of aerostatic bearing, according to several assumptions of work conditions, two-dimensional Reynolds equation of isotherm compressible fluid is deduced.

为改善气体轴承的性能，提高气浮轴承转子系统的安全性、可靠性，本文进行了如下研究工作：首先，本文在综述了国内、外气体静压轴承的发展历史和研究现状的基础上对气体静压轴承基本原理进行了概述，根据小孔节流静压气浮轴承的工作状况，作了若干假设，在此基础上导出了描述气膜压力场的二维可压缩Reynolds方程。
