To examine or to make surgery estimates on external acoustic meatus, tympanic membrane, middle ear and so on with diameter of 2.7 mm, 4.0 mm, 30° 70° aural endoscope from different angles.

选用直径2.7mm、4.0mm的30°、70°不同角度的耳内镜对外耳道、鼓膜、中耳等在不同角度进行检查或手术评估。

Methods Collecting 28 cases with sebaceous carcinoma in Head and Neck which was diagnosed with pathology. Of all these patients, the eyelid in 10 cases, parotid in 2cases, external auditory meatus in 5 cases, maxillofacial in 7 cases, neck portion in 4 cases, neck lymph node metastasis in 3 cases. They were treated with surgical operation, radical therapy and chemistry therapy.

收集28例经病理证实的头颈部皮脂腺癌患者的临床资料，其中眼睑皮脂腺癌10例；腮腺皮脂腺癌2例；外耳道皮脂腺癌5例；颌面部皮脂腺癌7例；颈部皮脂腺癌4例，颈部淋巴结转3例，采用手术、放疗、化疗等综合治疗。

METHODS: Oblique sagittal T1 weighted MR imaging at closed mouth was obtained from 88 joints of 44 patients who complained of unilateral TMJ pain. On MRI view, a straight line AE was drawn through the lowest point of articular eminence and the highest point of external auditory meatus, and then the perpendicular lines were dropped from condylar head and the most poterior band of the disc to AE on which the cross points were marked as C′ and D′.

HRCT表现为：中耳腔扩大伴软组织团块89耳(100%)，盾板破坏55耳(61.80%)，听小骨破坏82耳(92.13%)，面神经骨管破坏54耳(60.67%)，半规管破坏18耳(20.22%)，外耳道骨质破坏10耳(11.24%)，鼓室盖破坏15耳(16.85%)，前庭及耳蜗破坏各1耳(1.12%)，乙状窦周围骨质破坏7耳(7.86%)。
