ND-1 scFv was labeled with 〓Tc by MTD.〓Tc-ND-1 scFv was injected into mice bearing the CCL-187 xenograft for biodistribution study, radioactivity in blood, tumor and normal tissue was determinated at various time periods following injection by a gamma scintillation counter, and the ratios of radioactivity between tumor tissue and normal tissue were evaluated. Radioactively- labled scFv displayed rapid localization in tumors. Accumulation was found in tumors in high concentrations 1 hour after injection, and scfv uptake in tumor was 2.6 times higher than in blood. The T/NT for blood, liver, spleen , hear, lung and kidney were 2.61, 1.85 1.94, 1.75, 0.83 and 0.22 respectively.

将ND-1scFv与同位素〓Tc偶联制备〓Tc-ND-1scFv，注入荷瘤裸鼠体内，观察了偶联物的体内生物学分布，结果显示，〓Tc-ND-1scFv在荷瘤裸鼠体内的生物学分布带有明显的肿瘤积聚趋向，注射1小时后即可选择性地积聚于肿瘤组织，其放射性明显高于大多数正常组织，除肾脏和肺外T/NT值均大于1.2，而完整的ND-1完成同样的积聚则需要20-24小时。
