The results showed that FGF5 gene was expressed in different time of the tested skin tissues, including anage and telegon.

结果如下：(1)本研究利用 RT-PCR 方法克隆了羊 FGF5 基因的 cDNA 序列，得到了 925bp的序列，并对该序列进行了分析，与成纤维细胞生长因子家族的成员一样也是由三个外显子组成，也具有一信号序列，成熟蛋白为 270 个氨基酸，经同源性比对得出大鼠与小鼠的 FGF5 氨基酸同源性最高为 97%，在与羊的蛋白质比较中大鼠与羊的同源性为 83%，小鼠与羊的同源性为 84%，人与羊的同源性最高，为 89%。

Polymorphisms in FSHB gene and association with egg production traits The SSCP detection of PCR products showed that FSHβpro site was polymorphismic in two population. Six nucleotide variation at G-494A, T-470A, A-464G,-450A insertion, A-405G and A-361G,were identified in promotor region of TaiHu chicken;Three nucleotide variation at A-464G,-450A insertion, A-405G,were identified in promotor region of blue eggshell chicken,three genotype.

FSHβ基因多态性与产蛋性状关系 FSHβ基因5'调控区和外显子3经PCR-SSCP检测发现，两个鸡群在FSHβpro位点都有多态，太湖鸡发现6处碱基差异，分别是：G-494A，T-470A，A-464G，-450插入碱基A，A-405G，A-361G；而绿壳蛋鸡在该位点有3处突变，分别是A-464G，-450插入碱基A，A-405G，有3种基因型。

With the methods of Reverse transcription-PCR and cDNA sequencing, the expression of FHIT gene was detected in radiation carcinogenesis. The results show that: 1, The FHIT gene's sequence in normal BALB/c mice compare with the sequence of mice in Ge neBank which absents exon 3, but the function of FHIT protien doesn't alter.

结果发现：1、正常BALB／c 小鼠的FHIT基因序列同GeneBank中小鼠的FHIT基因序列比较缺少了外显子 3，但其表达的蛋白功能并未发生改变；2、FHIT基因在辐射损伤与辐射致癌的早期过程中，对照组血液、胸腺及骨髓均未出现异常的FHIT转录本的表达，不同剂量照射组中血液、胸腺及骨髓均有部分样品出现分子量较小的异常FHIT 转录本的表达。
