In this thesis, I mainly introduce my recent work about the structure of Cr films growth on GaAs (001) surface, the spin density wave of fcc Fe on Cu (100), magnetism of bcc Ni on GaAs (001), interface magnetism of Co/Pd (100) epitaxied by Pulse Laser Deposition.

本论文针对金属Cr在GaAs（001）表面的外延结构和机理，超薄fcc Fe／Cu（100）体系的磁性，金属Ni的体心立方结构的磁学性质，用激光分子束外延制备的Co／Pd（100）界面的磁学性质等问题展开了一些研究，得到了以下结果。

Considering the shortcoming of thick epitaxial layer technology , author proposed a thin epitaxial layer ldmos used n - burry layer .

针对目前厚外延工艺的缺点，提出的薄外延ldmos 采用n 埋层，通过优化n 埋层长度、注入剂量可提高器件耐压。

The second approach is using intensional methods to represent the dependency relationships among knowledge representing spaces.

为了解决基于规则外延方法的局限性，针对人工智能中的两大学派（连接主义学派和符号主义学派），目前有两种研究策略，一种是用神经元网或基于实例的推理方法来改进基于规则外延推理方法的健壮性；另一种是用内涵的方法来刻划知识表示空间之间的依赖关系。

A high temperature AlN template was grown on sapphire substrate by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition.

The expression of subunits α5,β1,β3 was detected in normal morulas and increased in blastocysts. The expression of subunit α1 was not detected in morulas or blastocysts, but detected only in outgrowing trophocytes. 3. Expression of integrin β3 in irradiated group embryos was weaker than that of normal group. There was no expression of integrin α1 both in morulas and blastocysts in irradiated group and no difference in the expression of subunits α5 and β1 between these two groups.

结果：1、超声波照射组胚胎贴附率、滋养细胞外延生长率均显著低于正常胚胎。2、正常胚胎桑椹胚期即有α5、β1、β3整合素表达，而无α1表达；囊胚期α5、β1、β3表达增强，仍无α1表达；α1只出现在外延生长的滋养细胞。3、超声波照射组胚胎β3整合素的表达明显弱于正常组，且未见α1表达；而α5、β1的表达两组间无差异。

The results showed that there were serious pyrochlore inclusions in the PZNT film obtained from the LaAlO3(001)substrate,and the PZNT grain s were grown up spontaneously by isolated insular method in three dimension.

生长结果表明：在LaAlO3(001)基片PZNT晶粒以三维岛状自发生长，薄膜中有大量的焦绿石异相；在MgO(001)和SrTiO3(001)衬底上，为三维岛状异质外延生长，薄膜中焦绿石异相几乎消失；引入[001]取向的PZT种膜后，岛状三维生长变为二维生长，显著改善了外延膜的质量，获得了完整的PZNT膜。
