Average following period was 7.6±3.9 months;EF was 63%±5%;The movement of infarction-related myocardial wall was completely normal in 7 of 9 patients and 2 patients only had slight hypokinesis;Q waves on electrocardialgram was decreased (3/9) or disappeared (6/9),Free-symptom living was 8 patients,only one patient had some tightness on his chest when he did moderate exercis.

除术中、术后各1例并发上消化道大出血外，术中术后无明显心血管并发症(No-Reflow现象、急性血管闭塞、死亡、搭桥术、靶血管再介入治疗)发生。平均随访7.6±3.9月，7例梗塞相关室壁运动完全恢复；Q波导联减少3例，消失6例；EF为63%±5%。

Results: NKA-I cells was first found in the duodenum mucose on the 14th day of fetus, earlier than in the jejunum ( 16th day ) and ileum ( 17th day ), and its Positive reaction and the number of cells increased with further development, after birth the 30th day, it became quite identical to that of adult rat; NKA-I cells were seen in the colon mucosa on the 17th day of fetus, later on the number kept decreasing till grown up stage; No change was observed in the stomach mucosa except that few cells showed up on the 15th day of fetus; No positive cell was found on the oesphagus wall.

Methods: Nonadherent cells from bone marrow or peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 8 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia were cultured with rhGM- CSF and rhIL- 4. The cytokines were supplemented every three days. RhTNF-α was used at the ninth day. All the cells were harvested at the twelfth day.
