Week. Conclusions The S1 area brain glioma model established by this method in rats had the same characters as human brain glioma. The tumor growth period was short and the subsisting period was stable without extracerebral metastasis and extracranial extension. This model is suitable for laboratory and treatment study of brain gliomas.

该方法建立的S1区脑胶质瘤模型具备与人脑胶质瘤生长相似的特性，肿瘤形成时间短，生存期稳定，且无脑外转移和颅外扩散，适合各种脑胶质瘤实验治疗研究。

Methods:Twentyfive cases were performed the TEP by established the operative space with separating and expanding extraperitoneal space and infusing air used hydrocyst and unfixed net patch in the operation from Aug.2006 to Mar.2007.Results:Twentyfour cases were performed successfully.One case was converted to transabdominal preperitoneal prosthetic.

2006年8月至2007年3月我院采用自制水囊分离扩张手术区的腹膜外间隙，充气建立手术空间，术中不固定网片，对25例腹股沟疝患者行改良完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术（totally extraperitoneal prosthetic，TEP）。

In my study, based on morphological and biological studies, 53 character transformation series of 23 species which stand for 23 genera of the Microgastrinae in China respectively and 2 species of Miracinae and Cardichilinae were selected. Through analysis of character polarity using the method of outgroup analysis, two and multiple character data matrixe were obtained. The data is analysed through PHYLIP(Phylogeny Inference Package, version 3.6) software based on the method of cladistics, the consensus cladograms was constructed at last.
