RESULTS: The time of misplacement of pedicle screw was 5-69 days with an average time of 18.5 days, including 7 cases of screw penetrating into lateral cortex, 4 of screw penetrating into medial cortex, 2 of screw penetrating into pedicle cortex, 2 of overplacement, 2 of intervertebral foramen placement and 2 of intervertebral space placement.

结果：患者自螺钉置入后至发现椎弓根螺钉误置时间为5~69 d，平均18.5 d。其中螺钉穿破椎弓根外侧皮质7例，穿破椎弓根内侧皮质4例，螺钉穿破椎弓根皮质2例，螺钉置入过深2例，螺钉进入椎间孔2例，进入椎间隙2例。

We found a 31-y/o male patient who suffered from multiple red papules over scalp, face, anterior chest and the right lower palpebral conjunctiva.

吾人报告一例31岁男性病人，自两年前开始，在头皮、脸上、前胸、及右眼下结膜外侧陆续出现红色丘疹。

The pedicle of the paramedian forehead flap should be wide enough (1.5-2.0 cm), the lateral boundary of the pedicle should be the supratrochlear artery while the medial boundary should be the supratrochlear vein.

Methods: The motion of parasternal papillary muscle anterior wall, inferior wall, posterior wall, and lateral wall were detected by 2DE at short axis view of left ventricle before PTCA, 3 d and 1-3 months after PTCA in 33 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, who received PTCA+stent at selected time. 对33例择期行PTCA+支架术的冠心病患者用HP5500型超声诊断仪，于PTCA术前及术后3d、1-3个月对胸骨旁左心室乳头肌短轴切面的前间壁、下壁、后壁、侧壁行二维超声心动图(2DE)检测各节段的室壁运动情况，用脉冲组织多普勒成像检测上述各节段的内、外膜下及中层心肌的收缩期峰值速度，内外膜下心肌的收缩速度差及心尖四腔观二尖瓣外侧环的收缩期峰值速度。

The apoplasmic charater of ectomycorrhizal roots of Larix seedlings infected with Paxillus involutus was examined using the cathnic colloidal gold. The result showed the density and distribution of anionic binding sites were different in sheath and Hartig net. The negative charger in the outer part of the sheath was slightly low. It increased graduately from outer to inter sheath. The negative charger density rised higher in the inter part of the sheath and then decreased graduatedly from the sheath to Hartig net. This may be related to nutrient uptake and atransport in ectomycorrhizal roots.

利用阳离子胶体金探针研究日本落叶松和卷缘桩菇形成的外生菌根质外体的特性，结果表明，外生菌根质外体负电荷分布是不均一的，在菌套外侧负电荷比较低，向内侧逐渐增高，在靠近单宁层菌套菌丝细胞壁负电荷密度最高，再向内侧过度到哈蒂氏网又呈现出明显逐渐下降的现象，而且在哈蒂氏网负电荷主要分布在植物的细胞壁，真菌菌丝细胞壁负电荷很少。

Four groups were respectively conducted in Morris water labyrinth test, which was used to dect the learning and memory of rats. Population spike in CA3 region was recorded in vivo following stimulation of lateral perforant path ,For the induction of LTP , 4 trains (50 shocks/ t rain , 500 Hz) high-frequency tetanic stimulations were applied to lateral perforant path.

MK-801组除按依赖组剂量注射海洛因外在每次注射海洛因前30分钟注射MK-801(0.3mg/kg)，四组各自进行水迷宫实验测试大鼠学习记忆；在体记录由刺激海马外侧穿通纤维(lateral perforant path，LPP)，所诱发的CA3区群体峰电位电位，并观察高频刺激引起的LTP效应；用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术半定量检测海马NMDA受体NR1、NR2A亚基mRNA的表达。

The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

结果：骨膜牵张成骨的实验研究南京医科大学硕{学位论文l、骨膜牵张后，可见下领升支外侧的骨皮质上有新骨形成，新骨呈山峰状凸起，术后第28天的新生骨较低平，多孔隙，随着固定时间的延长，新骨逐渐成熟；下领升支前后向切线位X线投照显示新骨呈山峰样隆起；经测量，术后第28、35、42和56天组平均新生骨厚度分别为x.86士0.15mm、2.29士0.29mm、3.19士0.13mm和4.70 土0.45mm；脱钙骨组织的HE染色和不脱钙骨组织的苦味酸一品红染色的组织学观察均显示了新生骨在成骨细胞数量上的增长，以及胶原纤维和骨小梁排列方向上的变化，术后第56天的新生骨在组织学上与原升支骨组织已无明显区别。2、HE染色显示，与对照组相比较，实验侧骨膜增生明显，细胞间排列紧密，单位面积内骨膜细胞数增多，细胞核饱满；骨膜PCNA 免疫组化染色显示，与对照侧相比较，实验侧骨膜在牵张后出现了明显的增生迹象，PCNA阳性细胞分布紧密，单位面积内阳性细胞数较对照组多，靠近骨表面的骨膜中的阳性细胞数更多而且分布更为紧密。
