The myelinization of cerebellar white matter,middle cerebellar peduncles,anterior limb of internal capsule,splenium and genu of corpus callosum,centrum semiovale,the white matter in parietal-occipital area and frontal-temporal area were documented at birth to 5,2～4,3～7,3～5,4～7,2～7,3～9 and 4～12 months old,respectively.

They were divided into three groups:nonfusion, posterolateral fusion and intervertebral fusion. After a long term follow-up (≥2y),their clinical data were reviewed to compared their improvement rate of lower back pain,JOA score , subside rate of disc height and chang rate of superior intervertebral space angle.

从2001年5月～2005年8月手术治疗74例单纯髓核摘除术后腰突症复发的患者，将患者分成3组：全椎板切除髓核摘除组，后外侧融合组和后路椎间融合组，经过长期随访(≥2年)，复习其临床资料，比较各组间的下腰痛JOA评分改善率，椎间高度下降率以及上一椎间隙角的改变率，从而比较不同术式的长期疗效。

Background: Nonoperative treatment of posterolateral knee injuries tends to yield poor results.

背景：膝关节后外侧损伤的非手术治疗疗效差。

RESULTS: Aggressie behaior was found in 3 patients (7.3%) among 41 patients with posterior cerebral artery stroke. One patient had right occipitotemporal and entrolateral thalamic stroke. The second patient had left occipitotemporal and lateral thalamic stroke. The third patient had right isolated occipital stroke.

结果：41例患有大脑后动脉卒中的病人中有3例（7.3％）发现有攻击性行为。1例患有右枕颞和丘脑腹外侧卒中，另1例患有左枕颞和丘脑外测卒中，第3例病人仅有右枕叶卒中。

Pronounced differences were found in Left perisylvian/Language and Medial temporal/Memory systems, along with significant differences in Lateral/Prefrontal/Working memory and Anterior cingulate/Cognitive control and smaller, nonsignificant differences in Occipitotemporal/Pattern vision and Parietal/Spatial cognition.

Orbitotomy latcral and microsurgery were the main treatments for this disorder.

手术是惟一可能根治的手段，外侧眶切开术及显微操作是本病治疗的主要方法。

Results:Among 11 cases of ectopic testes, two were located in femoral canal and had orchiectomy because of severe atrophy. Among the other 9 cases, one was in perineum, one in lateral to the scrotum, seven in superficial inguinal pouch of Denis Browne.

结果：11例异位睾丸中，2例位于股管因发育太差行睾丸切除；1例位于会阴，1例位于阴囊外侧，7例位于腹外斜肌腱膜浅面的Denis Browne袋中，均行同侧睾丸固定术。

Clissection between skin and lateral orbicularis oculi muscle of orbital part was comducted carefully. Orbicularis oculi muscle and parts of temporal superfacial fascia were overlain by 1mm thick e-PTFE soft tissue patch, and the patch was fixed with suture.

在局麻下，沿镊部发际内切口入路，仔细将皮肤与外侧眶部眼轮匝肌分离开，随后将1mm厚e-PTFE软组织补片仔细舒平覆盖于眼轮匝肌表面及部分颞浅筋膜表面，并缝合固定。
