结果 不同程度脑外伤后24小时内血清EDLS均升高，以轻伤组最为典型；随着损伤程度的加剧，少数病例EDLS不变甚至下降；术后或随伤情的恢复，EDLS多同步下降；不同病理类型的脑损伤24小时内EDLS无明显差异，在成功康复的重型、特重型脑损伤病人，伤后72小时EDLS含量低于死亡或伤残组；EDLS 的上述变化特点与损伤部位和程度不同有关。
