Investigating the influences of processing parameters on the C/Si molar ratio of resulted nanosized SiC powders indicated that there was a direct pyrolytic reaction from DMS to SiC as well as the previous proposed two-step reaction. Under the optimized processing conditions, the silicon carbide powders of homogeneous particle size distribution, spherical shape and stoichiometrical C/Si molar ratio are obtained. The silicon carbide particle consists of β-SiC crystallite arranged randomly.

论文系统研究了工艺条件对产物粉体C／Si摩尔比、粉体颗粒尺寸和组成粉体的SiC微晶尺寸的影响；研究了粉体制备过程中可能发生的化学反应，提出了反应过程中除了分步进行的生成SiC的反应外，同时在高温区还存在一步完成的生成SiC的化学反应的观点；通过调整工艺参数，制备得到了粉体尺寸分布均匀、呈均匀球状、C／Si摩尔比符合化学计量比的颗粒尺寸为40nm的纳米SiC粉体。

Results:① Neuroglobin-immunocreactive positive cells were detected in cortex, thalamencephalon, hippocampus, hypothalamus, cerebellum, brain stem and spinal cord;② Ngb-IR positive nerve cells were also detected in peripheral nervous system such as intramural ganglia, myelinated nerve fiber and retina;?Substantial Ngb protein expression was also found in metabolically active endocrine tissues such as the pituitary gland , adrenal gland and testis.?

结果：(1)在所观察的大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、下丘脑、脑干、小脑和脊髓神经细胞都出现Ngb蛋白免疫阳性反应，不同区域表达强度不同：(2)在外周神经系统的神经节、有髓神经纤维和视网膜也观察到Ngb免疫阳性反应；(3)垂体、肾上腺、睾丸也可见到Ngb-IR阳性细胞。

The analysis of the local and systemic immuno-function changes of uveitic animal model offers objective theoretical bases for combining the local treatment and the systemic treatment.

Results There was a similar distributive pattern of Neul, PPCA and β-gal in the inner ear.
