Multistep deposition process has been adopted in the preparation of superfine inorganic composite antibacterial powder, Ag~+ as crystal nucleus, packed outside by the hydroxid and phosphate precipitate of Ti and Zr elements etc., The optimal process conditions have been found from one-factor influence tests and multi-factor orthogonal test,and the optimal process conditions were: Ag iron was imported by silver ammine, and then 100ml Titanyl sulphate solution mixing with zirconium sulfate keep hot at 90 ℃ for 30 mins, and the Zr/Ti ratio is 0.15,and Na_2HPO_4 was added in the end.

超细无机复合抗菌粉体的制备采用以Ag~+沉淀物作为晶核，外包裹Ti、Zr等金属的氢氧化物沉淀和磷酸盐沉淀物的多步沉淀工艺，并利用单因素和正交试验法对制备工艺进行了优化，其最佳工艺条件是：Ag~+以银氨络合物引入，沉淀钛锆的反应时间为0.5h，反应温度为90℃，水解反应时体系总液量为100ml、Zr/Ti为0.15，沉淀物经水洗、干燥，于700℃煅烧4.0h；即得最终产品。

Results:Monoclonal antibodies IH3,5A12,7E5,7F9 showed specific respo nse to NIH3T3-erbB2 cell and SKBR3 cell,no response to NIH3T3 cell.1H3 also boun d specifically to the extracellular domains of P185 protein that expressed by E.

结果：单克隆抗体1H3、5A12、7E5、7F9可与NIH3T3-erbB2细胞、SKBR3细胞特异性结合，与NIH3T3细胞无反应；1H3与原核表达的c-erbB2胞外区蛋白有特异性反应，而与无关蛋白KDR无反应。

The preliminary results show that the maximally evoked responses are at a deeper layer of the cortex. The value of this depth form surface of the cortex is about 900 m. A twodimensional recording was performed at this depth to find the responsive center or locus. The result shows that a dipole can be used to represent the responsive center with a coordinate of 1.9 mm posterial and 1.9 mm lateral to the Bregma. These finds should be valuable for further studies about pain.

由初步结果得知雷射所诱发的场电位分布在大脑皮质体感觉区的较深部组织，自表面算起约为900 μm处为最大反应之深度，而在此深度水平切面之反应中心则位於以前囱门为座标原点向后约1.9 mm 向外测1.9 mm 处，此反应中心呈现一个偶极的现象，这些资料对往后之痛觉研究十分重要。

Obducta to nine kinds of larch volatile compositions, namely R-α-pinene, S-α-pinene,β-pinene, ocimene, phellandrene, 3-carene, myrcene, camphene and phytol with EAG and Y-tube olfactometer. The results showed that 0.4 molL^(-1), most volatile compositions had significant EAG responses compared with the blank control (P.05), with exception of females to R-α-pinene, males to R-α-pinene and phellandrene.

结果表明：在0.4molL^(-1)浓度下，雌蛾除了对R-α-蒎烯、雄蛾除了对R-α-蒎烯和水芹烯没有明显EAG反应外，对其余挥发物的EAG反应与对照相比差异均达到显著水平(P.05)，并且雌、雄虫之间的EAG反应也存在一定的差异。

A novelreaction and convenient route for the synthesis in highyield of tetranuclear iron complexes 〓 containing atetracoordinated sulfur atom was discovered, whereas aplausible mechanism based on experimental results was propo-sed for the formation of the new cluster type.

鉴于有机铁硫原子簇化学在基础理论发展和应用方面的重要意义，因此我们开展了这一课题的研究，并取得以下主要成果： 1、本文共合成了51个新有机铁硫及含钴碳簇基的有机铁硫原子簇配合物，除用元素分析，NMR，IR，MS法表征其结构和构象外，还用X-光衍射技术测得四个代表性配合物的单晶结构和构象； 2、我们业已发现炔基Grignard试剂同〓可形成一种&开环&与&闭环&中间物的平衡混合物，研究该平衡混合物同各种亲电试剂的反应； 3、研究发现了一种可高产率地形成〓含〓四配位硫挛合簇的新化学反应并对此反应提出了—种有趣的反应机理； 4、首次由1，4-二溴丁烷双Grignard试剂与〓制得一种新型铁硫簇双硫阴离子活性中间体，并进而研究了它的亲核反应性能； 5、找到了通过〓的光化学反应来合成簇合物〓-〓的一条有实用价值的新路线。

The lumped kinetic model of monoterpene, abietic type resin acid, pimaric acid type resin acid, p-cymene, hydro-monoterpene, dehydro-abietic acid, hydro-abietic type resin acid, and hydro-pimaric acid type resin acid was established based on the structural groups and approximate reaction kinetic theory according to the fundamental principles of the lumped method.
