外-斐反应

OBJECTIVE: To observe dynamically the level of white blood cell and its morphological changes using automatic blood cell analyzer to evaluate its relationship with infection, immunosuppressive intoxation and acute rejection.

目的：应用全自动血细胞分析仪动态监测肾移植患者外周血白细胞数量和形态的变化，分析其与移植后机体感染、免疫抑制剂中毒及急件排斥反应发生的关系。

Patients undergoing renal transplantation develop different complications and morphological alterations in peripheral blood WBC. WBC flag messages given on Q-Flag (XE-2100) are of great help to screen early and diagnose infection, intoxation and acute rejection.

肾移植后出现不同并发症的患者，其外周血白细胞形态改变各有特点，借助Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪上特有的Q-Flag报警系统提供的信息，有助于移植后炎症感染、药物中毒及排斥反应的早期筛选、辅助诊断和鉴别诊断。

Intratympanic administration is better than that by stomach intestine or vessel,which can result in high accumulated concentration in endolympha and perilympha by directly entrying inner ear and get out of the way of blood-labyrinth barrier.

鼓室用药优于胃肠或静脉给药，可避开血-迷路屏障直接进入内耳使得内、外淋巴液中的药物浓度较高；同时避免了全身用药的不良反应。

三、 内含物的特点：由于原料、制造的特别性，经长期陈化和深发酵的过程，茶叶内含物发生多种生物生化反应，充分激活微生物分泌胞外酶，作用于茶叶中的内含儿茶素、多酚、多糖、纤维素、植物素、蛋白质、脂类、醇类、酮类、维生素、微量元素、有机酸等500多种物质，使之转化、异构降解聚合耦联，生成其他商品茶无法比拟和缺乏的多糖、茶红素、茶黄素、纤维素、微量元素等，并形成以菇稀醇类为主体香气。

The drug concentration in the janitrix and the abdoninal cavity is higher than that in the abdoninal aorta and peripheral venous after the treatment.The tissue of liver is about the same to kidney .The durg concentration in the janitrix and tissues is high and invariant for a long time. TACE and sequential chemotherapy inhibit the development of the cancer synergily and the latter cannot induce the toxic reaction.

化疗药物腹腔给药后门静脉血中，腹腔液中药物浓度显著高于腹主动脉，外周静脉血；腹腔给药后，肝组织中药物浓度高于肾组织；药物在门静脉，组织中存在较高的药物浓度，递减缓慢，浓度恒定，维持时间长；肝动脉化疗栓塞术有效地控制了肿瘤的大小，序贯化疗亦有效地抑制了肿瘤的发展和转移，两者间作用相互协同；序贯化疗不增加肿瘤病人的化疗毒副反应。

Results:The overall response rate was 48.57%. The main toxicity was thrombocytopenia, leucocytopenia and peripheral nervous toxicity.

结果：全组CR 2例，PR 15例，有效率48.57 %，主要不良反应为白细胞及血小板减少，外周神经炎。

Gastrointestinal tract reaction in 2 groups was observed. Venous blood on an empty stomach form patients of 2 groups was drawn before receiving nutrition treatment and on the morning of 7th ,14th day of treatment. Level of serum protein , subpopulations of T lymphocytes, blood routine examination, hepatic function parameters ,renal function parameters, blood-fasting sugar, serum lipide and gastrointestinal tract reaction in 2 groups was observed.

于其营养治疗前和营养治疗第7、14天清晨抽取患者空腹时静脉血，检测血清蛋白、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血常规、肝肾功能、空腹血糖、血脂，并观察2组患者治疗期间胃肠道不良反应发生情况。

材料和方法 1。标本收集(1)献血员和正常对照：采集正常献血员标本110份，并从中分离PBMCs110份，抗凝血30份，血清30份。收集反应性增生淋巴结标本20份。非血液系统疾病患者BMMCs15份。正常肋骨骨髓活检标本15份。(2)淋巴瘤患者：收集44例淋巴瘤患者外周血36份，BMMCs12份，淋巴瘤病。。。
