Using in vivo intracellular recording technique, we studied the binocularity of the dorsal lateral geniculate nucleus neurons in the monocular eyelid sutured cats. We found that almost all the neurons responded to the flashing spots to the nondominant eyes, and there was no significant difference of the response properties between the neurons in the deprived and non-deprived layers.

采用在位胞内记录技术，研究了单眼视觉剥夺猫外膝体神经元的双眼反应特性，结果发现单眼剥夺猫外膝体几乎所有的双眼反应神经元都对非优势眼的闪烁光斑刺激有不同程度的反应，并且剥夺层和非剥夺层神经元在反应特性上没有明显差异。

Results: Excellence and remission rate in quetiapine group was 63.8% and 87.2% respectively, and less Extrapyramidal reactions than another group.

结果：奎硫平组治疗急性期精神分裂症显效率63.8%，有效率87.2%，无明显锥体外系反应。

Protease treatment of the plasma membranes could abolish the binding but NaIO_4 and glycosidase could not, indicating that nsLTP144 bound to plasma membranes protein without carbohydrate moiety. Using the homobifunctional cross-linking regent bissuberate (BS~3) and rice plasma membranes incubated with ~(125)I-Trx-nsLTP144, we identified, after SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and autoradiography, a putative protein receptor on the rice plasma membranes with the molecular mass around 60 kDa. NsLTP144 can not trigger extracelluar alkalization in arabidopsis, but can abolish the extracellular alkalization effect of phytopathogen elicitor cryptogein, suggesting that cryptogein and nsLTP144 may bind to the same membrane protein. In vitro pull-down assay showed that nsLTP144 interacted with OsCaM1, a possible extracellular calmodulin, implying that nsLTP144 and OsCaM1 could function in the same signal transduction pathway. These results shed light on revealing the roles of nsLTP in vivo and make it promising to finally characterize the plasma membranes receptor of nsLTP.

发现~(125)I-Trx-nsLTP144、~(125)I-Trx-nsLTP110与水稻细胞质膜均具有特异性结合，而且结合是饱和性的、可被竞争的，符合配体-受体结合的典型特征，同时用于对照实验的蛋白质~(125)I-Thioredoxin没有此特性，表明水稻细胞质膜上存在nsLTP的受体；利用可氧化糖基的NaIO_4和水解糖基的N\'-糖苷酶F处理水稻细胞质膜，再进行结合实验，结合活性几乎不受影响；而利用胰蛋白酶处理细胞膜则使得结合能力几乎完全丧失，表明其受体为没有经过糖基化修饰的蛋白质；利用交联剂BS~3交联配体一受体后，再进行SDS-PAGE分离和放射自显影，结果显示水稻细胞质膜上的nsLTP受体中有一个60kDa的蛋白质可以与nsLTP144发生特异性的结合，可能是其受体；细胞外碱化实验表明，nsLTP144不能促使拟南芥原生质体细胞培养液的细胞外碱化反应，却能猝灭来自植物病原菌的激发子Cryptogein刺激拟南芥原生质体产生的细胞外碱化反应，表明nsLTP和Cryptogein结合细胞膜上相同的位点，保护了植物细胞免受Cryptogein导致的细胞程序性死亡，并诱导系统获得性抗性的产生；体外Pull-down实验表明，nsLTP144和水稻的OsCaM1具有相互作用，暗示了nsLTP144和OsCaM1可能同在一个信号通路上起作用。

After this research work, we know that: HMCM-22 is a better catalyst of selecting naphthalene alkylation; Surface modification of zeolite Y is effective, but the effect of zeolite 3 is not evident and surface modification doesn"t suits mordenite; Surface modification doesn"t affect the frameworks and inner environments of zeolites, but only reduces diameter of orifice and overlays surface acidities; t-butanol is not suitable for alkylating agent of the reaction using modified zeolites as catalyst; Solvents with smaller molecular size are advantageous for naphthalene alkylation reaction using modified zeolites as catalyst, such as cyclohexane is better than decalin.

通过本论文的研究，我们知道：HMCM-22是萘择形烷基化反应较好的沸石之一；Y沸石的外表面改性效果较好，β沸石则效果不明显，而丝光沸石则不适于外表面改性；外表面改性不改变沸石的骨架结构和孔道内部环境，仅减小孔口直径和覆盖外表面酸性位；叔丁醇不适于作外表面改性沸石催化的反应的烷基化试剂，其反应活性很低，且选择性无明显提升；分子较小的溶剂更适于外表面改性沸石催化的反应，环己烷就明显好于十氢萘。

The incidence of nausea and vomiting, dizziness in aripiprazole group were significantly different form risperidone group (x2=20.397,P.001; x2=10.557,P.01), but that of menoxenia, EPS and increasing in weight in aripiprazole group were lower than in risperidone (x2=11.81-102.29,P.05), the other side effects were not significantly different.

阿立哌唑组的恶心呕吐、头晕头昏不良反应比利培酮组，差异具有显著性（x2=20.397，P.05；x2=10.557，P.05），利培酮组的月经紊乱、体重增加、锥体外系反应等不良反应均比阿立哌唑组多，差异具有显著性（x2=11.81-102.29， P均。05），其余不良反应均无显著性差异。

In Wistar rats, latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05); and latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 2-week transplantation was prolonged (P.05); while latent period of b-wave in scotopic maximum response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05). In RCS rats, amplitude of a-wave in scotopic rod response and photopic response after 4-week transplantation was increased (PO.05); while latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 4-week transplantation was shorten (PO.05).Conclusion 1. At the age of 3 months, photoreceptors of the RCS rat degenerated completely, which leaded to the reduction of amplitudes of a-wave and b-wave.
