The load carrying capacity and antiwear property of S,P containing benzotriazole derivative (BM 3) were evaluated using a four ball test machine,and compared with those of zinc salt di(T 202 ) and amine salt of complex ester thiophosphate (T 307 ). The antiwear mechanism of BM 3 were studied by investigating the chemical states and the mass fraction of elements on the rubbed surfaces using X ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electron probe microanalysis and the thermal decomposition products using gas chromatography mass spectrograph.

在四球机上对照评价了含硫、磷苯并三氮唑衍生物（BM－3）和二丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌（T202）及硫磷酸复酯胺盐（T307）的承载能力和抗磨性能，用X射线光电子能谱仪和电子探针微分析仪等对磨斑表面元素N，S和P的存在形式及表面膜的组成进行了分析，用气相色谱－质谱联用仪对BM－3的热分解产物进行了分析，并且还对其极压抗磨作用机理作了探讨。

This thesis expatiates on the theory and architecture and primary content of Reusable Design technology and Reusable Process Design technology, study the feasibility and practicability of some important technology about Reusable Process Design, adopt a special knowledge representation to describe reusable process design information and make use of "FenHua "to realize knowledge acquisition about fuzzy knowledge.Craft database system is the mostly important support of CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) system. To some extent, the essence of process design is a process that craft data is visited, used, dealt with and generated. This thesis expatiates on data base design technology. Based on the detailed analysis of the craft data"s characteristic and sort and the craft database"s component part, the author build craft database through detailed conceptual design and logical design and physical design for data base.the application and research of Web database technology becomes increasingly wide, which can make a close combination between Database technology and Web technology.

本文阐述了基于知识复用的可复用设计技术与可复用工艺设计技术的理论、体系结构与主要研究内容，研究了可复用工艺设计中的若干关键技术的可行性、实用性，采用了三表知识表示来描述工艺知识及利用"分划"的方法对灰色知识进行知识获取；工艺数据库系统是计算机辅助工艺设计系统的重要支撑系统，从某种程度将，工艺设计的实质就是对工艺数据库中工艺数据的访问、调用、处理和生成新的数据的过程，本文阐述了数据库系统设计技术，在详细分析工艺数据的特点、分类以及工艺数据库的数据库组成的基础上，通过对工艺数据库概念结构、逻辑结构、物理结构等几个方面的详细的分析与设计，建立了系统工艺数据库； Web数据库将数据库技术和Web技术很好的融合在一起，其应用研究日益广泛。

Methods: September 2007-December 2008 to the ankle fracture and dislocation classification Lauge-Hansen supination - external rotation-type Ⅲ,Ⅳ degree of patients as research subjects, in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, using random number table to divided into two groups, each of the 30 cases, one group means restoration plaster fixation treatment, another group using open reduction and internal fixation treatment.

2007年9月～2008年12月，以踝关节骨折脱位Lauge-Hansen分型旋后－外旋型Ⅲ、Ⅳ度患者作为研究对象，符合纳入及排除标准，用随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组各30例，一组采用手法整复石膏外固定治疗，另一组采用切开复位内固定治疗。
