After experimental anti-tuberculosis treatments, the patient had significant improvement in symptoms, and the lesions were apparently absorpted under review of chest CT .

结果 女性患者，31岁，采取体外受精胚胎移后植妊娠2月余，发热1月加重伴气促1周入院，入院时呼吸窘迫，伴严重低氧血症，予无创通气、抗细菌和抗病毒治疗1周，仍感气促、干咳、高热，结核相关检查阴性，胸部 X 线表现以双肺毛玻璃样伴有不典型弥漫性粟粒状改变为主，白细胞计数正常，试验性抗结核治疗后，患者症状明显改善，复查胸部 CT ，病变吸收明显。
