Result:through the ct diagnosis, in 175 cases hie patients 32 cases are normal, 44 cases mild hie, 52 cases moderate hie, 47 cases serious hie; through reexamine to 89 cases patients,65 cases are atrophies of brain, 51 cases cerebromalacias, 21 cases hydrocephali, 8 cases brain calcification, 11 cases normal.

目的：通过对175例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病及其98例远期预后ct表现进行分析，正确认识ct在诊断hie的价值，以指导临床治疗与预后评估。方法：回顾性分析我院1997~2007年175例hie 患者的临床资料，其中89例进行随访并ct复查。

Methods The esophargus wall 32~35cm from the incisor was cauterized circumferentially with a electric current of 40J/s through an endoscope. 8 adult dogs west used. The morphological changes were examined endoscopically and microscopically at the end of 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th week.

健康成年犬8只，麻醉后放置食管套管，胃镜下用电热活检钳（混合电流40J/s）环形烧灼距门齿32~35cm处食管，每周复查胃镜观察食管狭窄情况及黏膜变化，并钳取组织进行病理分析。

Methods:Forty-five patients（62 centrum）whose centrums were fractured took MRI within one day after wound,and separately make a follow-up visit reexamination in 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months.

45例（62个椎体）椎体骨折患者于外伤后1 d内行MRI检查，并分别于3、6、9个月行MRI随访复查。

All of them were inspected by CT + DSA and counterchecked after operation by DSA or MRA.

The therapy group had Fumingpian (Xi'an Beilin Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.), 5 pieces tid, and the comparison group had Mecobalamin tablets, 0.5mg tid. After 90 days, the mfERG and the HRT were counterchecked.

治疗组给予复明片，5片3次/d，对照组给予甲钴胺片，0.5mg 3次/d，30d 1疗程，治疗3疗程后，复查mfERG及进行HRT视盘扫描分析。

Their life signs, consciousness and pupils should also be watched during the course of nonsurgical therapy. Dehydrants should not be stopped too early, and cerebral computerized tomography should be counterchecked dynamically.

对于双额叶重度脑挫裂伤患者，应予以高度重视，在非手术治疗过程中，应严密观察患者意识、瞳孔及生命体征变化；注意停脱水剂不宜过早、过快；要动态复查头颅CT，正确掌握手术适应证。

Methods:Conventional computed tomography and CTPI were performed in turn within 1~12 hours of symptom onset in 8 patients with acute cerebral ischemi diagnosed by clinic.All patients were counterchecked by regular CT in 3~7 days.Results:In 8 cases,1 cases diagnosed as cerebra linfarction obtained regular CT positive results.

对8例临床诊断急性缺血性脑血管病的患者于发病后1-12h内，先行常规CT平扫后再行CT灌注成像(computed tomography perfusion imaging，CTPI)，全部病例3-7天内复查CT及临床随访。
