There were 5 cases with patients with hepatic artery to hepatic vein fistulous and 5 cases with over-dose of lipiodol of 20 mL.

随访观察20d~2个月，复查胸片正常。7例病例病灶直径约＞10cm，存在肝动脉－肝静脉瘘的5例，碘油用量＞20mL的5例。

Result: Following up 3～12 months (average 6 months), the corrected vision was from 0.1 to 1.0 and 28 eyes corrected visual acuity were more than 0.3 (82.4%). Poor vision was because of the fundal diseases. 3 eyes intraocular pressure increased postoperation,then decreased to the normal range with medicine. All eyes had no complication.

结果：随访3—12月，平均随访半年，复查时矫正视力最佳1.0，最低0.1，视力≥0.3者28眼（占82.4%），视力≥0.6者20眼（占58.8%），视力偏低多为眼底病变所致。34眼中，术后早期眼压增高者3眼（占8.8%），经用降眼压药后均降至正常范围。34眼中术后均无明显并发症。

Methods 21 LEPP patients with clinical highly suspected acute pulmonary embolism underwent (superscript 99m)Tc-MAA veins imaging and pulmonary perfusion imaging. Vena caval filters were inserted and thrombolysis were given in patients with big area APE and/or iliofemoral vein thrombosis indicated by (superscript 99m)Tc-MAA imaging. Thrombolysis was given in patients with small area APE and/or subpopliteal vein thrombosis.

对21例LEPP临床高度疑为急性肺栓塞患者行，(上标 99m)Tc-MAA下肢深静脉显像、肺血流灌注显像，(上标 99m)Tc-MAA显像提示大面积APE和／或髂股深静脉血检患者行下腔静脉滤网放置+溶栓治疗，小面积APE和／或腘静脉以下DVT单纯溶栓治疗，治疗2~4周后复查PPI。

Of 11 cases of edema had diffusive uneven SCC lesions. 1 case of edema had single midline oval lesion of splenium. The brain lesions of edema were incontinuous. In follow-up MRI of 5 cases of brain edema, the lesions were disappeared. In 3 cases of cerebral infarct, the lesions of SCC and brain were lateral distribution. 2 cases of hemorrhagic disease had diffusive uneven lesions in SCC and ventricle.

水肿性病变(n=11)中10例MRI表现为SCC弥漫不均匀病灶、1例为居中类圆形病灶，颅内病灶呈跳跃不对称分布，5例MRI复查病灶消失。3例脑梗塞SCC及脑内病灶呈偏侧分布，脑内散在病灶以患侧较多。2例SCC出血，SCC病灶弥漫不均匀，并见脑室内出血。

The spiral CT scan can not only find out the pulmonary contusion cases opportunely, but also can estimate the injury position, character, degree, complication and prognosis, which as a diagnosed evidence for treated the patients timely and rightly. The CT scan will be implemented after injured 48H as a routinely practice. The delayed pulmonary contusion can not be assimilated completely, and may remained pulmonary fibrosis, pleural incrassation or conglutination.

CT不仅能及时发现迟发性肺挫伤，还可对发生的部位、性质、损伤程度、并发症以及预后等做出及时判定，为临床及时准确治疗提供可靠的诊断依据；应将伤后48h CT复查列为常规；迟发性肺挫伤不易完全吸收，易遗留肺纤维化及胸膜增厚、粘连。
