未发现主钉弯曲、锁钉脱出及断钉病例，开始负重时间为8～12周，平均9.1周，全部病例均获得骨性愈合。12例术后18月X线复查示骨性愈合，已取钉，无再发骨折，髋、膝关节伸屈及踝关节背伸、跖屈功能均好，行走正常。
