This part consists of two stages. In the first stage, orthogonal tests are carried out between developed efficient composite antimicrobals FB-1, FB-2 and selected coatings. Experiments indicate the optimum recipe TUB is built by FB-2 and coating. In the second stage, the effect of built antisepsis algicide coatings is tested. Furthermore, static test indicates the effect of TUB is significant. So, it posses wide spread application value.
