Maleic rosin has been added to the surface of wood flour in the form of monoester, i.e., the formation of esterified wood flour bearing a pendent carboxylic group. The rheological study showed that the complex viscosity η(superscript *, storage modulus and loss modulus of WF-HDPE composites decreased firstly and increased afterward and declined lastly as the dosage of maleic rosin increased, however, the viscosity of the composite melts decreased as a whole. After the modification of wood flour, the rheological properties of composite melts were improved markedly. According to the mechanical test it was indicated that, by proper treatment of wood flour with maleic rosin, the tensile strength and flexural strength of WF-HDPE increased obviously.

WF-HDPE流变学研究表明：复合材料的复合黏度η(上标*、储能模量和损耗模量随马来松香用量的增加先减小后增大最后减小，但体系的黏度和模量总体呈下降趋势，木粉经马来松香改性后复合熔体的流变性能显著改善，这不仅有利于提高复合材料的成型加工效率，而且适当的马来松香处理也能够提高复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度，后者被静态力学试验结果所证实。

HRP was coupled with the fluorochrome FITC and encapsulated with liposome . pEGFP-N1 plasmid (expressing green fluorescent protein) with encapsulation in commercially available liposome was prepared. 本文同时系统地研究了复合厌氧法处理抗生素废水的微生物群落演替规律，初步建立了处理抗生素废水的复合厌氧反应器中颗粒污泥的代谢模型，并指出，微生物的群落演替是动态的，通过对生态因子和非生态因子的人为调控，可以使演替按照理想的方向发展。

Simulation results verify that insulated board can effectively protect the heat from transferring into the foundations, and the frozen table is always around the lower bottom of the boards; the position of the frozen table with insulated boards is higher than that of without; the embank- ment formation has a better effect on the center of embankment, the shoulder and toe of the roads than others; after consideration of the construction effect, the best lay out of the insulated boards is higher than the position of natural ground surface to 0.3-0.6 m; this formation of the embankments is the right effective constructer to be used in the permafrost on the Qinghai-Tibet railway.

通过数值模拟可知：保温板能够有效地阻止热量由路基面向下传入地基中，使0℃等温线始终在保温板底层；复合路基多年冻土上限的位置要比无保温板时的高；该结构形式对路基中心、路肩和坡脚下的多年冻土上限抬升的综合效果更好；考虑施工条件后，复合路基在保温板铺设距离天然地面之上0.3~0.6 m对于路基稳定性最为有利；该路基结构形式为青藏铁路多年冻土区路基的理想结构形式，有利于克服全球变暖的影响。

The results indicate that Ca(superscript 2+) and GA3, single or combined application treatments, promote cucumber seed germination treated with P. harmala alkaloid, increase germination rate, germination vigor and index; as well as α-amylase, protease, lipase, isocitratelyase, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide kinase and Ca(superscript 2+)-ATPase activities; and GA and CaM content in cucumber seeds; but decrease abscisic acid content. The synergistic effects of combined Ca(superscript 2+) and GA3 on increasing GA and decreasing ABA are oberseved compared with Ca(superscript 2+) treatment.

结果表明，Ca(上标 2+)和GA3单一及复合处理可促进骆驼蓬生物碱处理的黄瓜种子的萌发，使黄瓜萌发率、发芽指数和活力指数提高，萌发种子的α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和异柠檬酸裂解酶活性及赤霉素和钙调素含量增加，烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸激酶和Ca(上标 2+)-ATP酶活性增强，脱落酸含量降低；且Ca(上标 2+)和GA3复合处理对GA含量的提高和ABA含量的降低与Ca(上标 2+)单一处理比较呈显著的加成作用。

其次，本文采用自由基聚合法，合成了以PNIPAAm凝胶为载体，棕榈酸和月桂酸的混合物为相变材料有机复合相变蓄热材料；及P(NIPAAm-co-AAm)凝胶为载体，棕榈酸、月桂酸和Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O为相变材料的有机／无机复合相变蓄热材料，采用红外光谱、示差扫描量热法、热重分析、扫描电镜等手段对两种复合材料的结构及热性能进行了表征与分析，研究了有机酸和无机盐的百分含量对复合材料的相变温度和相变焓的影响。
