For cutting the composite lock gear with unequal tooth thickness, a study is made on the design method of gear sharper cutter with nonstandard parameter involute tooth profile and noninvolute tooth profile. The cutter tooth arrangement, the choice of teeth number of the cutter and the basic method of cutter design are discussed; and a new method of choosing deflection factor by using limited area is presented.

研究加工不等齿厚的非标准参数渐开线齿形，与非渐开线齿形复合的锁闭齿轮插齿刀刀齿的排列、刀具齿数的选择以及刀具设计的基本方法，介绍用限制区域选择插齿刀变位系数的新方法，并给出刀具齿顶后角与侧螺旋角的关系曲线，为插齿刀参数的选择提供依据。

Thermoprproperties of 7 nucleators -CaCl2·6H2O composites such as borax, SrCl2·6H2O,Ba2·8H2O were researched with gradually cooling method and TGA-DSC under room temperature cooling,open system and icewater cooling, closed system.

Method］mscs(5×106) were cultured combining with gdabm in vitro in centrifuge tube, tgf β was added to collagen and attached to gdabm. culture tube was centrifuged in 600 r/min, 10 times/d, 10min per time. the morphological characters, cell proliferation were detected.

方法］将 mscs与复合转化生长因子-β的胶原共同混合后培养于三维软骨支架材料上，离心管内培养，10次／d，以600 r／min离心10 min.8 h、24 h、72 h、 4 d、7 d进行倒置显微镜形态学观察、扫描电镜观察。1～8 d采用mtt法检测细胞增殖活性，描绘生长曲线。

Two groups of field tests on original soil and the soil among piles ,three groups of field tests on single pile ,one-pile and three-pile composite foundation have been conducted and the results of the bearing capacity ,as well as the elastic modula of each pile and composite foundation are obtained.It can be seen that soft earth reinforced by cement-soil piles seem to have better appearance in bearing and deforming than original one.
