The action spectrum analysis shows that the structure of daidzein-phospholipid complex is different from the reactant monomers and their physical mixture.The complex is a new product that is significantly different from those of daidzein.

对制备出的复合物进行紫外光谱、红外光谱、差热和X-衍射等光谱学分析，结果表明，大豆黄素与磷脂形成了复合物，且复合物是不同于反应物单体及单体物理混合物的新物相。

Nigra, B. oleracea and B. carinata belonged to class 2A according to the classification of karyotypes by Stebbins (1971). According to Levitzky's and Stebbin's view, the more asymmetric karyotype a species has, the more evolved it is. Therefore, B. campestris is the furthest evolved species among the elementary species, and B. juncea and B. napus the furthest among the amphidiploid species. Compared with the previous reports, there is no any cytoplasm in the chromosome sample prepared using this protocol which is very useful for the karyotype analysis, as well as the FISH research on Brassica species.

对上述研究结果分析表明：（1）芸薹属复合种是由基本种相互杂交而成；（2）B基因组与A或与C基因组亲缘关系较远，而A和C基因组亲缘关系较近；（3）芸薹属复合种在演化过程中，发生了染色体结构上的重排现象；（4）芸薹属复合种演化过程中，rRNA基因位点发生了减少；所获结果与国外同类报道相比表明：国内的白菜型油菜存在新的rRNA基因位点，即rRNA基因在芸薹属同一物种不同的品种间具有多态性；有关这类研究国内尚未见报道。

Considering the experimental results, we start from plant and animalcule polysaccharides'structure, pharmacological activity and the structure activity relationship of polysaccharides, with emphasis on polysaccharides'macromolecule's action in solution、chain conformation 、the characters of solution、molecular weight and polysaccharides'interaction.Combining other reports on polysaccharides compounds, we have analyzed the mixing rules of polysaccharides , and brought out five possible approaches of polysaccarides mixing.

结合实验结果，本论文以植物多糖、微生物多糖的结构、药理活性以及构效关系为基础，以多糖高分子在溶液中的行为、链构象、溶液性质、分子量以及多糖在溶液中的相互作用为重点，结合大量的复合多糖研究报道，分析归纳了多糖配伍复合的规律，提出了5 个多糖复合的可能途径。

From the angle of engineering application, this article analysed the corrosion characteristics and damage causes of the current structural used concrete in the region of Hangzhou gulf, on the basis of on-site survey of all the Marine concrete projects in that area. Taking HPC used in Marine as research objective, this article put great emphasis on the influence of the composition cementing material system to concrete performance, and make a preliminary probe into the action mechanism of the composite effects of various mineral materials in improving the performance of concrete by laser measuring size machine and EMPA. Through experiments, the article discussed how chloride ingression in concrete will be effected by such factors as exposure time, chloride binding, environment temperature, stress and cracks conditions; and also analysed the symptoms of these factors in the model of concrete service life prediction by conference to all related research reports both home and aboard. On the foundation of abovementioned research, this paper brought up an engineering model of service life prediction of marine concrete, which is based on chloride-induced corrosion.

本文从工程应用的角度，在对杭州湾地区既有海工混凝土工程作实地调研的基础上，研究分析杭州湾地区既有海工混凝土结构的腐蚀特点和破坏原因；以海工高性能混凝土为研究对象，着重研究复合胶凝材料体系对混凝土性能的影响，并应用激光粒度仪、EMPA等分析手段，就复合胶凝材料的作用机理进行初步探讨；试验研究混凝土暴露时间、胶凝材料对氯离子的吸附、环境温度、应力和裂缝状态等因素对混凝土中氯离子迁移运动的影响，并结合国内外相关研究报导，探讨这些因素在混凝土使用寿命预测模型中的表征；在上述研究基础上，提出以氯离子侵蚀为基础的海工混凝土使用寿命预测的工程应用模型。

Main research contents as follows:(1) The four destruction models and respective stability analysis methods are discribed in this paper, whose working mechnism and calculating methods are given. In addition, some defects of every method are also discussed ;(2) On the basis of traditional active soil pressure method and expirical siol pressure method , the calculating model of the laternal earth pressure which is a tetragon with the largest value in the center side is addressed.

主要工作如下：(1)本文给出了复合土钉墙的稳定性分析方法，该方法介绍了复合土钉墙的四种破坏类型，分析了每种破坏类型的受力机理，并给出了相应的计算方法和计算方法中的一些不足；(2)在传统的主动土压力和经验土压力的基础上，建立了土钉墙中间大、上下小的四边形状分布的侧向土压力的计算模式。

Secondly, organical composite thermal storage materials which takethe PNIPAAm gels as the carriers and the palmitic acid and the lauric acidmixture for phase change materials were Synthesized by radicalpolymerization ,and organical/inorganical composite materials which takeP(NIPAAm-co-AAm) gels as the carriers and the palmitic acid、thelauric acid and Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O mixture were also Synthesized byradical polymerization.

其次，本文采用自由基聚合法，合成了以PNIPAAm凝胶为载体，棕榈酸和月桂酸的混合物为相变材料有机复合相变蓄热材料；及P(NIPAAm-co-AAm)凝胶为载体，棕榈酸、月桂酸和Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O为相变材料的有机／无机复合相变蓄热材料，采用红外光谱、示差扫描量热法、热重分析、扫描电镜等手段对两种复合材料的结构及热性能进行了表征与分析，研究了有机酸和无机盐的百分含量对复合材料的相变温度和相变焓的影响。

用电子单纱强力仪测试了复合纱芯丝及四组分长丝／短纤复合纱的力学性能，用纱线毛羽仪测试了四组分复合纱线的毛羽，用电子条干均匀度仪测试分析了四组分复合纱线的线密度不匀率。

通过对零件的工艺分析，改进了工艺方案，用一套复合模完成落料冲孔工序，阐述了垫圈冲裁复合模具的整体结构特点及工作过程，应注意的问题和装配工艺性。解决了薄板冲孔、冲缝复合模的凸模细长易断、孔的同轴度难以保证以及模具使用寿命短的技术问题。改进了落料、冲孔、冲缝的制作工艺，设计了一套新型复合冲裁模，提高了工件的同轴度精度，延长了模具的使用寿命。
