复合分析

Compound enzymes of cellulose,pectolase and papain with ratio of 2 : 1 : 1 were used to isolate polysaccharides from laminaria,and influence of two different ways of addition of compound enzymes on polysaccharide extracting rate and polysaccharide content were studied.

As the foundation of ultrasonic testing of composite materials, this thesis is intended to explore in detail a number of features of wave propagation in anisotropic plates, and the following essential problems will be considered:(1) Propagation of plane bulk waves in homogeneous and orthotropic anisotropic media;(2) Lamb wave propagation in multilayered anisotropic plates;(3) Influence of isotropic solid or liquid loading on Lamb wave propagation in anisotropic solid media;(4) Influence of interface layers on Lamb wave propagation in layered anisotropic composite laminates;(5) Dispersion characteristic analysis of attenuation Lamb wave while existing an thin viscous layer which is used for simulating the poor curing in adhesively bonded joints.

作为复合材料超声检测的基础，本文研究了如下国际前沿性的课题：（1）平面体波在正交均匀各向异性媒质中的传播；（2）多层各向异性媒质中Lamb波的传播；（3）各向同性固体或液体负载对各向异性固体媒质中Lamb波传播的影响；（4）界面层对层状各向异性复合媒质中Lamb波传播的影响；（5）胶粘剂未固化而呈现粘弹性时粘接结构中衰减Lamb波的频散特性分析。

The invasion of drilling fluid is the main cause to the damage of fractured formation. The composite salt free-gel drilling fluid is got after analyzing the influence of different kinds of such soluble adulterant as organic salt and non organic salt on the performance of the solid-free drilling fluid and studying the condition to develop the free gel structure and the method to improve the fluid's high temperature stability and inhibitive property. The experiment shows that the apparent viscosity of this system is as high as 27000 mPas when the share rate is 0.3 r/min and the high temperature reaches at the stable level of 150℃ and the HTHP filtrate loss decreases to 15 ml at 150℃.

钻井液侵入是裂缝性储层损害的主要因素之一，实验分析了无机盐、有机盐等不同类型水溶性加重剂对无固相钻井液性能的影响，研究了无固相钻井液快速弱凝胶特性形成条件以及高温稳定性和抑制能力的提高方法，研制出的无固相复合盐弱凝胶功能性钻井液高温稳定性达到150℃，具有独特的流变性（0.3r/min黏度达到27000 mPas）和优良的抑制能力（150℃HTHP滤失量小于15 mL），成本远低于甲酸盐钻井完井液。

为提高紫色土蓄水能力，防止水土流失，在湖南省衡阳县选择20o 左右的紫色土荒山坡地，设置祼地、自然草地、龙须草地和龙须草与林地复合4 个处理，比较分析各处理贮水性能及其改良机理。结果表明，与裸地相比，在紫色土荒山坡地上实行龙须草与林木立体种植1～2 年后，土壤容重降低0.09～0.10g/cm3，土壤总孔隙度增加14.01%，土壤水分渗透速率提高2.20～2.29 倍。
