The paper takes Breakingfruit Chinkapin fibre and other wood fiber compound manufacturing MDF's Processing-parameter for research object. Use the diagonal intersection trial law designing the trial scheme. The focal point is studied the major Processing-parameter of Breakingfruit Chinkapin with other woods to manufacture MDF. And internal bond strength, modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, formaldehyde emission content, thickness expansion rate of water absorbing and density of MDF are analysed. From Variance, Range and other methods seek the better Processing-parameter.

本文以黎蒴栲材热磨纤维与其他树种热磨纤维复合制造MDF工艺为研究对象，采用正交试验法设计试验方案，并根据国家标准规定的测试方法对压制成的MDF的内结合强度、静曲强度、静曲弹性模量、甲醛释放量、吸水厚度膨胀率等多项性能进行分析，利用方差、极差等分析手段寻找合理的制造工艺参数。

On the basis of referring the foreign and domestic literatures and systematically generalizing the former research results, firstly, from the adsorption gas, coal spontaneous combustion and the heat resolves, thesis analyzes the ignitable gas occurrence. Secondly, though the experiment station of coal spontaneous combustion, thesis obtains the critical temperature 60 ℃～ 100 ℃, splits temperature 100℃～ 150 ℃, the fission temperature 150℃～ 180 ℃ and the speed-up temperature 210℃～ 250 ℃ and ignitable gas release rules in the several temperatures sections according to the results. Finally according to fire resource and the catastrophe theory, ignitable gas explosion characteristic and the influence factors have been conducted of the qualitative investigation and the quantitative determination. The gas explosion control technologies are put forward. It has built the certain foundation for the effective prevention gas explosion accident occurrence.

本论文采用理论分析和实验模拟相结合的综合研究方法，首先从煤层吸附瓦斯、煤氧复合过程及煤高温热解三方面对采空区可燃性气体的产生进行分析；其次通过对大型煤自然发火实验测试台的应用，根据实验结果得到临界温度60℃～100℃、干裂温度100℃～150℃、裂变温度150℃～180℃和增速温度210℃～250℃等几个温度段的可燃性气体释放规律；最后根据爆炸引火源，结合瓦斯爆炸流变-突变理论，对可燃性气体爆炸特性及影响因素进行了定性研究和定量测定，提出瓦斯爆炸事故的控制对策，为有效预防瓦斯爆炸事故的发生打下了一定的基础。

In order to raise the anti-corrosion ability of melting aluminum pot, the TGT-4 composite ceramic protecting coat is used to protect iron pot in the aluminum alloy melting in different factory which use induce furnace, oil-burning furnace, or electric resistance furnace to melt aluminum. The advanced protecting characteristic and long-effect mechanism of TGT-4 coat are analyzed and investigated. A model of iron pot cracking mechanism and related countermeasures are proposed for factory consulting.

2从弹性波传播的基本理论研究出发，推导了弹性波在类似混凝土防渗墙模型的二维垂向不均匀介质中传播的波动方程式；建立了混凝土防渗墙二维弹性薄板模型，研究弹性波在混凝土防渗墙中的传播、衰减、反射、透射规律及能量分配关系；从分辨率的概念出发，提出了垂直反射法检测混凝土防渗墙分辨率的内涵，对影响分辨率的因素进行了分析，推导出了缺陷层复合反射系数、可检测缺陷层极限厚度的表达式；建立了垂直反射法采样系统各环节之间的关系，研究分析了震源特性、接收传感器对测试结果的影响，提出了对测试仪器参数的要求及采集参数的选择原则。
