复合

Two models have been proposed to explain molecular mechanism of Dkk's inhibition role in canonical Wnt pathway: in the first model, Dkk1 competes for binding of Wnt co-receptor LRP6; in the second model, Dkk1 can form a ternary complex with LRP6 and Kremen at the presence of Kremen, and triggers the endocytosis of this ternary complex quickly. The controversies between these two models exist during these years.

现今有两种模型分别解释Dkk抑制经典Wnt信号的分子机制：在第一种模型中，一些研究者认为Dkk1主要通过在细胞外与配体Wnt竞争受体LRP6从而抑制Wnt信号；在第二种模型中，另一些研究者们则认为在Kremen存在的情况下，Dkk1通过诱导形成Dkk1-LRP6-Kremen三元复合物，并迅速诱导这个三元复合物的内吞从而发挥抑制功能。

Main research contents as follows:(1) The four destruction models and respective stability analysis methods are discribed in this paper, whose working mechnism and calculating methods are given. In addition, some defects of every method are also discussed ;(2) On the basis of traditional active soil pressure method and expirical siol pressure method , the calculating model of the laternal earth pressure which is a tetragon with the largest value in the center side is addressed.

主要工作如下：(1)本文给出了复合土钉墙的稳定性分析方法，该方法介绍了复合土钉墙的四种破坏类型，分析了每种破坏类型的受力机理，并给出了相应的计算方法和计算方法中的一些不足；(2)在传统的主动土压力和经验土压力的基础上，建立了土钉墙中间大、上下小的四边形状分布的侧向土压力的计算模式。

Firstly, the paper carried out test study base on the pseudo-static test under horizontal loads on four two-spanned model members of FSMRCSS, including three 1/2-scaled two-storeyed models and one 1/3-scaled three-storeyed model. By the test study, the paper analyzed the test results, including analysis on mechanical property of the constructure under vertical loads, and failure mode, deformation capacity, aseismic performance under horizontal loads and constant vertical loads. The paper also compared LFSWSUMS with FSMRCSS on aseismatic property.
