Methods we developed a surgical technique to correct short nose by increase tissue volume in nasal tip ,nasal alae and the columella. Based on the short gel-time features of ordinary cement sodium-silicate and alkali-activated salic cementitious materials, an ideal structure model of high performance sodium-silicate suspension two-shot grouting material was established. An experiment was undertaken to verify the solidification value of Na~+ and water-erosion resistance of a grouting material combined with cement and metakaolin-sodium silicate.
