However, tracheal stent implantation is different from esophageal stent implantation. As patients with airway obstruction are always complicated by dyspnea and hypoxemia, even respiratory failure, which increases risk and difficulty of stent implantation. During tracheal stent implantation, the bronchofibroscope or stent entering the stenosis site may lead to complete tracheal obstruction-induced asphyxia. Corrosion of metal wire of stent to airway mucosa and vessels may result in hemorrhea, leading to postoperative hemoptysis. Stent dislocation is mainly caused by inappropriate selection of stent, inappropriate implantation position or severe cough. Carcinoma tissue growing along stent lumens can induce re-obstruction in stent, resulting in atelectasis relapse.

气管及食管支架置入均属有创性治疗，但气管支架置入不同于食管支架置入，气管阻塞患者均有不同程度的呼吸困难和低氧血症，甚至发生呼吸衰竭，加大了支架置入的风险和难度；气管支架置入者，当纤支镜或支架进入狭窄部位时可造成气管的完全阻塞引起窒息；支架金属丝对气管黏膜血管的侵蚀可引起大出血，导致术后咯血；支架移位主要由支架选择不当、置入不到位或剧烈咳嗽引起；癌组织沿支架网眼长入造成支架内再阻塞可引起肺不张复发。

In treatment group, 42 cases received 50 Gy radiation, at 2 Gy per day, 5 d per week in the upper mediastinum, hilus of lung, below the primary focus first and then underwent X-knife for the primary focuses, and other 14 recurrent and metastatic cases received irradiation of 8-12 Gy per day, 5 d by X-knife alone.

TREATMENT: Except for anti-coagulation therapy, aminophyllini was an inexpensive medicine to treat PTE, it could largly lower Hb and Hct by reducing the secretion of EPO. Its defect was rechallenge of PTE with the drug stopped, and repeated administration was still effective. The side effect was exciting symptoms. Enalapril was a storng hypotensor which could also greatly lower Hb and Hct with the decline in PRA/AT-Ⅱ, and then decreasing serum EPO. In this therapy blood pressure shonld be monitored to prevent from postural hypotention. At last, it showed that diltiazemi had no obvious effect on PTE.

四、治疗研究：分别以氨茶碱、恬尔心、Enalapril来治疗PTE病人，发现氨茶碱能明显降低PTE病人的Hb及Hct，且该作用与EPO降低有关，其缺点是停用后可引起复发，但继续服用仍有效，该药的副作用主要为头痛、失眠等兴奋症状；Enalapril不但能显著降低Hb及Hct，还可治疗难治性高血压，适用于伴有高血压的PTE病人；恬尔心对PTE的治疗作用不大。
