Conclution Rconstruction of the orbit and repositioning of enophthalmos of orbital fractures can obtain satisfactory result, and early repairing is better than late repairing. There is no impairment in reconstrction of the orbit and reposition of enophthalmos of orbital fractures, which is an safe and effective surgical technique.
