Three cases of advanced NHL associated with lymphomatous leptomeningitis were reported with a review of the literature.Two of the patients were poorly differenti- ated lymphocytic lymphoma,diffuse type,and the other Burkitt's lymphoma.

本文报告3例淋巴瘤性脑膜炎，并复习文献讨论淋巴瘤脑膜炎的诊断、治疗和预防。3例患者均为晚期非何杰金氏淋巴瘤。1例为低分化淋巴细胞淋巴瘤弥漫型，1例为 Burkitt's 淋巴瘤。

Methods A case of primary liposarcoma of the orbit was studied and 21 cases in past literature were reviewed.

报道1例眶内原发性脂肪肉瘤并复习文献中21例，进行综合讨论。

Results The neoplasms were usually well circumscribed and were solid, often have a lobulated appearance.

Objective Review the case of Arterial embolectomy in our hospital since 1996. Discusses the opportunity of operation and evaluation of therapeutic effect of embolectomy by using Fogarty pipe. Methods Emergency operation, We often use Fogarty pipe to take out embolus through femoral artery with anticoagulant and thrombolysis therapy during the operation. After the operation we continue anticoagulant and therapy 7～10 days and neurotrophy and tissue protecting treatment at the same time.

目的 通过复习我院自1996年以来的动脉取栓术病例，探讨Fogarty导管取栓术的手术时机及疗效判定方法急诊手术，采用Fogarty导管经股动脉取栓，术中配合抗凝溶栓治疗，术后继续抗凝溶栓7～10天，同时配合组织保护剂、神经营养药物等。

In our review of the literature we identified rare cases of NLPHL that had similar histologic features, but lacked the neutrophilic infiltration.
