On the base of the single-diameter laser-scanned measuring technology, a double direction laser-scanned measuring system is presented. Which combinate the laser-scanned measuring technology with special optical system. In the system, the collimation semiconductor laser-scanned beam scanning two perpendiculars direct of one plane of the measured workpiece at the same time is made. The beams with the dimension information of two perpendiculars direct are processed by the scanning receive system, the high-speed photoelectric transition and electronic data process. Two measured results of the diametric directs and ellipse tolerance,etc, parameter, of the turning workpiece on the same plane are obtained by non-contact automatic measurement. The problem of non-contact measurement of two perpendiculars direct of one plane of turning workpiece is settled. It processes many peculiarities, such as high speed, high accuracy and non-contact automatic measurement, etc.

在单向激光扫描检测技术的基础之上，提出了一种双向激光扫描检测系统，其采用激光扫描检测技术与特殊光学系统相结合，用准直半导体激光扫描光束对被测工件径向某一截面的两个相互垂直方向同时扫描，经扫描接收光学系统、高速光电变换、电子学系统和微机数据处理系统，对将携带有垂直方向被测量信息的光束进行处理，实现了回转体工件同一截面两个垂直方向的径向尺寸和椭圆度等参数的非接触自动测量，解决了同时非接触测量回转体零件同一截面两个径向尺寸的难题，它具有高速，高精度和非接触自动测量等特点。

In this dissertation, based on the extraction of meaningful polarization information, the polarimetric speckle reduction, polarimetric contrast enhancement, polarimetric classification and ship detection in polarimetric SAR images are systemically studied. During the study, some new concepts and methods are introduced, which are supported by the application to measured Pol-SAR data. The innovations of this dissertation are as follows: 1 A simplified schem is proposed to reduce the complexity of scattering-model-based speckle filtering. 2 Extend the expression of polarimetric correlation coefficient to help distinguishing targets. In addition, introduce the quantized parameters of polarimetric signature so as to show the differentiae in quantity in co-polar power, cross-polar power and shapes of polarization signatures among targets. 3 Define a new parameter of difference degree between targets, which can be used for express the difference between both coherent and distributed scatters.

论文在较系统的研究目标特征量提取方法和特征量所包含的物理意义的基础上，对极化SAR图像降斑、极化对比增强、极化SAR图像分类以及极化SAR图像中海上舰船目标检测等方面进行了研究，并提出了一些新的概念和方法，对实测数据的处理结果表明，这些新的概念和方法对于极化SAR信息处理是有效的，本文的主要创新成果包括以下方面： 1）针对基于预分类的MMSE极化降斑方法实现过程非常复杂的问题，提出了简化方案，并验证了方案的有效性； 2）扩展了极化相关系数的表示方法，这种扩展增强了极化相关系数对目标的区分效果；另外还提出了极化特征图量化参数，可以从量上表征不同目标间相同极化和交叉极化的回波功率差异和极化特征图形状差异； 3）定义了目标间的差异度参数，它不仅可以用于描述相干目标，还可以用于描述分布目标的差别程度。

On the basis of theoretical analysis of target diffusion in range-velocity resolution cell, the array signal covariance matrix and noise covariance matrix are estimated from some different cells respectively. The processing results from experimental data in onshore HFSWR with Minimum Variance Distortionless Respose, MUltiple SIgnal Classification and pre-whiten MUSIC respectively show that super-resolution methods can provide better resolution than CBF.

Material and Methods:From March,2008 to January,2009,250 patients(146 Males and 104 Females,ranged from 18 to 82 years old,mean age was 48 years old) enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College were performed dual energy scan(Group A,200 patients) and Neuro-DSA scan(Group B,50 patients) using DSCT.The patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B.Regarding to the justification of scan protocol,100 patients in Group A were selected as sub-group to explore the scan protocol.The image quality Was analyzed both in four categories(4.0/60、4.5/60、4.0/70、4.5/70) of flow rate and total amount of contrast-enhanced material and in three categories(100—150HU、150—200HU、200-250HU) of CT value of left common carotid artery.The comparison of two scan approach was based on image quality,radiation does, postprocessing methods,time of scanning and subtraction and data storage amount.To validate the diagnostic capability of DE-CTA virtual unenhanced images,100 patients in Group A were undergoing head scan both in routine non-contrast program and DE-CTA virtual unenhanced program.Mean CT values,signal-to-noise ratio,image quality,sensitivity of lesion identification,and radiation does were applied to comparison.According to diagnostic results of dual energy of cerebral arterial angiography,62 patients out of 200 patients in Group A were confirmed with cerebral vessel lesions,the results were complied with DSA findings(the time between the two methods were within 1 week).

材料与方法收集2008年3月到2009年1月间在昆明医学院第一附属医院行DSCT CTA检查者250例(男性146例，女性104例，年龄范围18-82岁，平均48岁)，随机分为A、B两组，A组200例行双能量头颅CTA扫描；B组50例行Neuro-DSA扫描。A组前100例按对比剂不同流率和总量分为4组(4.0/60、4.5/60、4.0/70、4.5/70)对图像质量比较；按触发时左颈总动脉内平均CT位分3组(100—150HU、150—200HU、200-250HU)，比较图像质量的差异；对A、B两组血管图像质量、辐射剂量、后处理的方法、扫描和后处理时间及数据的容量进行比较分析；A组中前100例行常规与DE-CTA虚拟平扫的平均CT值、信号噪声比、图像质量、病灶显示情况、辐射剂量的比较分析；A组中行DSA检查62例(两种方法间隔时间均1周内)，比较两种检查方法诊断结果是否符合，并对其中24例动脉瘤行动脉瘤部位、数目、形态、瘤颈显示程度、瘤颈大小及瘤体长径和短径的比较研究。

The 2-D transfer function of the bistatic SAR is obtained. Azimuth position distortion along range existing in the original alogrithm is corrected by mapping from scene coordinate to azimuth-slant distance coordinate. Bistatic SAR date can still be processed by a mono-static SAR processor. The efficaciousness of the proposed algorithm is verified through point target simulations.
