Yunnan Tobacco Research Institute, Yuxi 653100Abstract : In order to investigate the effect of medium and trace elements, organic fertilizer on appearance and internal qualities of sun-cured tobacco, search after some efficient ways to improve the qualities, by adding organic fertilizer in basal dressing and spraying trace elements on leaf surface, the results showed that both organic and medium or trace fertilizer having the effect of increasing output value and yield. Among the experimental treatments, magnesium fertilizer and manure plus rape cake showed the most.

为研究中微肥和有机肥对红土晒烟外观和内在品质的影响，探索提高和改善红土晒烟品质的有效途径，试验在基肥中加入有机肥，和大田生长期在叶面喷施中微量元素肥料，结果表明：施用有机肥的处理与对照相比，产量增加7.3%~20.9%，产值增加8.8%~25.3%，以厩肥＋菜籽饼处理的效果最好；四个喷施微肥的处理其产量和产值均超过了喷清水的对照，其中产量增加6.7%~15.6%，产值增加6.8%~20.5%，以喷施镁肥的增幅最大。

Results from this study showed that the experimental forest at Lisselbo had benefited from the sulphur acid addition (S2) and the fertilization combined with sulphur addition(N2P2K2S2) during the experiment. Addition of sulphur led to a slight increase of relative basal area growth during the experiment 1971-1977 (+4%), compared with the control (C,0%).

Determination of photosynthetic pigments used 80% of acetone extraction method directly and the photosynthetic characteristics of using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis detector. Results showed that Returning the right amount maize straw stem into field was able to significantly restraint this year winter wheat flag leaf Chla degradation, to raise the flag leaf Chla/Chlb in the watery metaphase and late stage, to effectively restraint the photosynthesis rate decrease in the watery stage, to increase the pertinence of photosynthesis rate and pigment compared to others. However returning more maize straw stem into field was able to accelerate the retrogradation of chlorophyll and photosynthesis rate decrease then the yield declined.

结果表明：适量的玉米秸秆还田(9 000 kg/hm^2)可显著抑制接茬冬小麦灌浆中后期旗叶Chla降解，提高小麦灌浆中后期旗叶Chla/Chlb的比值，有效抑制灌浆期旗叶光合速率的下降，与其他处理相比，其光合速率与叶绿素的相关性得到加强；过量的秸秆还田(15 000 kg/hm^2)，加速了光合色素的降解，使得光合速率下降，产量降低；在各处理中，处理Ⅱ(9 000 kg/hm^2)产量最高。

The results showed that the data of permeability were improved dramatically. Higher temperature could obviously promote the permeability of wood. The effects of steam-treated time on the permeability was slightly different.

结果表明：汽蒸处理后木材的径向和弦向、心材和边材的渗透性都有不同程度的提高，随着汽蒸处理温度的提高木材气体渗透性有较大提高，汽蒸处理时间对不同木材渗透性的影响有所不同。

Infrared spectra demonstrated that the hemicelluloses in steam-treated chips were less than that in untreated chips. This is one of the main reasons why steam treatment could improve particleboard stability. We found that the reduction of the hemicelluloses in Birch chip was more than that in Spruce chip under the same condition of steam treatment.

用红外光谱对蒸汽处理后刨花中成分的变化进行了分析，发现处理后的刨花中的半纤维素含量减少了，羟基减少了，这就是蒸汽处理能提高刨花板的尺寸稳定性的主要原因之一。

The comprehensive electroplating wastewater from a large-scale electroplating industrial area in Shenzhen has been studied. Its treatment method has been investigated. It is ascertained that acidification-oxidation decomplexation and chemical precipitation of hydroxide and sulphide process are used. The best decomplexation agent chosen is bleaching liquid NaClO. The operational parameters are as follows: dosage of bleaching liquid 1.2 mL/L wastewater, reaction pH 2.3, and reaction time 2 h. Under these conditions, the requirements of the discharge standard of electroplating wastewater can be met effectively by adjusting the pH and adding sodium sulphide, overcoming the deficiencies of traditional processes of electroplating wastewater treatment.

以深圳某大型电镀工业园产生的综合电镀废水为研究对象，对其处理方法进行了探索，确定了酸化-氧化破络反应及氢氧化物和硫化物共沉淀的处理方法；通过实验选择漂水为最佳破络剂，最佳破络操作参数为漂水用量1.2 mL/L，反应pH为2.3，反应时间2.0 h，在此基础上调节pH并加入硫化钠即可实现电镀废水的达标排放，克服了传统电镀废水处理工艺的不足。
