The recovery strategy for the customer time window disruption is given,to guide to design the other recovery strategy for the VRPTW disruption;By setting the single dummy depot or the multiple dummy depots,the transition that the jump-offs of vehicles on the way are reposited to the depot is proposed,making the algorithm for the VRPTW solve the disruption recovery model as before;the customer time window disruption is analyzed,to help measure the other deviation for VRPTW;A new handling constraint method based on genetic algorithm is designed,avoiding the difficulty of selecting the penalty factor in penalty strategy and makes the handling constrain simplify.

本文给出了客户时间窗变动的扰动恢复策略，可以指导设计VRPTW其他扰动恢复策略；通过设定虚拟单车场或虚拟多车场，将干扰发生在途车辆的起点复位到车场，使VRPTW求解算法同样可以用于处理扰动恢复模型；对客户时间窗变动对系统造成的干扰进行了度量，为VRPTW其他扰动度量提供了指导；设计了一种新的约束处理方法，避免了惩罚策略中选取惩罚因子的困难，使得约束处理问题简单化。

Results show that microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen in fertilized soil peak in the first several days, and then decline. Incubating both sweet maize straw and white clover have the highest yield, maxima of 529.57 mgkg^(-1) and 75.50 mgkg^(-1) respectively. They also release respired CO2 the most among all treated soils. The best mineral nitrogen release is in white clover incubating, with a maximum of 29.81 mgkg^(-1) under a 26-day culture, and then keeping 1.60 times the control and reaching 2.48 times at 80-day culture. Sweet maize incubating has the least mineral nitrogen release. It is 13%~53% of the control under a 26-day culture, with a maximum of 7.51 mg kg^(-1). Soil nitrogen mineralization is insignificant under sweet maize incubating with urea in short-term.

研究发现，各施肥处理的土壤微生物量碳、微生物量氮均在培养前期出现峰值，后期平稳降低；甜玉米桔秆和白三叶草绿肥同时还田的土壤微生物量碳、微生物量氮在各培养时期均最大，峰值分别达529.57 mgkg^(-1)，和75.50 mgkg^(-1)，土壤呼吸产生的CO2最多；白三叶草绿肥单独还田有利于土壤无机氮的释放，培养第26d无机氮达到最大值，为29.81 mgkg^(-1)，之后一直在对照处理的1.60倍以上，第80d达到2.48倍；甜玉米秸秆单独还田不利于土壤无机氮的释放，培养的第26d至结束，甜玉米秸秆处理的无机氮为对照的13%~53%，最大为751 mgkg^(-1)；甜玉米秸秆配施尿素，短期内不利于土壤无机氮矿化。

Based on present researches,by means of modern measurement and analysis techniques,systemic laboratory experiments,field investigations and through theory researches were conducted.And following are the major points and achievements presented in this dissertation:①The micro-convexity on fracture plane was studied.Analyzing and comparing the static attribute and dynamic variation of natural fracture with the artificial,untreated fracture,artificial and scabbled fracture as well,making out the criteria that artificial and scabbled fracture simulate natural fracture.②We take the effect of all the three primary stresses and stress invariant into account in the Lade-dbl yield criterion,which can preferably reflect all the yield and destruction characteristic of the rock material.

结合裂缝性储层应力敏感性研究现状，利用现代化测试手段，通过系列的室内实验以及深入的理论探讨，本文取得的研究成果包括以下几个方面：①从裂缝面上的微凸体入手，分析和对比了天然裂缝、人工但未经过处理的裂缝，以及经过粗化处理以后的人工裂缝的静态特征和动态变化，指出了经过粗化处理以后的人工裂缝模拟天然裂缝的依据；②Lade双曲服面屈服准则考虑了所有三个主应力或应力不变量对屈服与破坏的影响，能够较好的反应岩石材料的所有屈服和破坏特性。
