Firstly, this article in view of the CATIA CLSF, elaborated this software post-processing way, the operating mode of the three principles, and has given the explanation to this software overall constitution; Secondly, after having analysised and researched thoroughly how the CATIA/CAM module creates the APTSOURCE file and its format, the rules of CNC milling machining center MODIMILL 4L, FIDIA PowerXP20system and the coordinate transformation of the machine tool, we programmed the code of CMSPP special post-processing software and compiled the interface based on the dialog box pattern which the fine outward appearance, is easy to operate; Finally, from machining practice, the NC program by the post-processing program can be run in the machining center to machine the part.

首先，本文针对CATIA刀位文件的特点，提出了该软件的后处理方式以及软件运行的三条原则，并对该软件的总体构成作了阐明：其次，本文对CATIA／CAM模块生成的APTSOURCE文件格式、FIDIA PowerXP20数控系统的规则以及MODIMILL 4L铣削加工中心坐标转换数学模型进行了深入的分析与研究，在此基础上用VC++6.0语言编写了CMSPP专用后处理软件的算法代码，并且基于对话框模式编写了外观精美、易于操作的功能界面；最后，通过实例验证表明：开发的后置处理软件所生成的数控加工程序能够在加工中心上运行并能进行有效地加工。

Abstract］ Objective To Treating the nano-SiO2 particle by silicon coupling reagent, functionalize the SiO2 by making double bond on its surface. Polymerizing on the surface of nano-SiO2 surface by the method called emulsion polymerization, the nano-SiO2 is covered by polymer to get the PMMA-KH-570-nano-SiO2 complex material. Test the surface structure of the surface of nano-SiO2 by FTIR, and test sort of its mechanical performances.Comparing the treated nano-SiO2 which is directly dispended in the PMMA emulsion with the SiO2 without any treatment, we are trying to find an effective method which can not only increase the dispersion of SiO2, but also improve the mechanical performance of the artificial teeth.

目的 通过硅烷偶联剂KH-570处理SiO2纳米粒子，向其表面引入双键使其功能化，采用乳液聚合的方法在SiO2纳米粒子表面进行接枝聚合，实现高分子对SiO2纳米粒子的表面包覆处理，制得PMMA－KH-570－SiO2纳米复合材料，采用FTIR对SiO2纳米粒子表面结构进行了表征研究，并且测定了它的多种机械性能，与表面处理过的SiO2纳米粒子直接分散至PMMA乳液中制得的复合材料、未添加任何增强物质的空白组进行比较，探索一种能够提高SiO2在基体中的分散性，为义齿复合材料的研究和开发提供理论依据和参考。

Fast Fourior Transform plays an important roll in digital signal processing,its the kernel algorithm in a lot of process for signal processing.this paper first summarizes many algorithm for Fast Fourior Transform that in common use and synthesizes many reasons to adopt the radix-2 Demation-in-Frequency algorithm,then it compares two ways of implementing digital signal processing,the two ways are in field-programmable gata array and in programmable digital signal processor respectively.it points out the advantage and disadvantage of two ways.

快速傅立叶变换是数字信号处理中的重要内容之一，是很多信号处理过程中的核心算法。本文先总结了快速傅立叶变换的一些常用算法，并综合种种因素，采用了基2按频率抽取算法作为实现算法，然后将以现场可编程门阵列和以DSP处理器这两种实现数字信号处理的方式进行了比较，指出了各自的优点和不足之处。
