接种AM真菌的根系分泌的有机酸种类与对照有所不同，未接种处理枳分泌的有机酸有草酸、苹果酸、乳酸、乙酸、顺丁烯二酸和柠檬酸等6种，而接种G.m的则检测到草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、丁二酸等7种，G.v处理的检测到酒石酸，接种处理均未检测到顺丁烯二酸；接种丛枝菌根真菌增加了枳根系分泌有机酸的量比未接种处理增加19.80～56.87 mg/kg，且施用AlPO4后有机酸含量显著增加(增加20.06～21.84 mg/kg；未接种植株根系仅分泌少量有机酸；接种植株根系分泌的有机酸以苹果酸(42.87%)、柠檬酸(39.22%)和草酸(12.06%)为主。

RESULTS: Two percent of body weight posthepatic manipulative bleeding with blood transfusion at 10 min after reperfusion significantly decreased circulating malondialdehyde.

RESULTS: MDA concentration in SH-VC elevated obviously with time and peaked at 10 min after reperfusion. Two percent of body weight posthepatic manipulative bleeding with blood transfusion at 10 min after reperfusion significantly decreased circulating MDA, ALT and AST levels and improved survival rate.

结果：HIR时SH-VC血中MDA的含量随时间的延长逐渐升高，并在再灌注后10min达到高峰，并且再灌注后0、5和10min 3个时段，SH-VC内MDA的含量明显高于IH-VC内的含量；2% SH-VC放血输血处理组血清MDA的含量明显低于未处理组，处理后6h血清ALT和AST的含量都显著低于未处理组，并且生存率明显提高达7d左右。

The results showed that there were differences among treatments in transformation of high quality gene(Glu\|D 1 5+10) in F 1 grains, and heterozygous type was more frequently appeared in the treatment of irradiation. In the F 2 segregative population, heading date deviated to early\|mature parent in the treatment of reciperocal cross and its combination with irradiation, indicating that cytoplasm and irradiation could promote the heading. In F 3 the expressive frequency of (5+10) gene in the cross was lower than that in reciperocal cross, and irradiation treatment could raise the expressive frequency of(5+10) gene. These results showed varience in different crosses.

结果表明，不同组合处理间F1籽粒优质亚基(Glu D15+1 0 )的转化存在差异，辐射处理的多以杂合型出现。F2 分离群体中，反交及反交结合辐射处理的抽穗期明显倾向于早熟的亲本，细胞质与辐射具有促进抽穗期的作用。F3 植株Glu D15+1 0亚基的表达频率，不论是哪种组合，反交时 5+1 0亚基的表达频率高于正交；无论正交还是反交，辐射处理提高了 5+1 0亚基的表达频率，而且在不同组合间存在差异。

Result The results showed that processing ⑤could not provide the necessary water to grow of seedlings, all seedlings withered and died. The seedlings growth was normal with processing ①、②. A large number leaves of processing ③ seedlings became yellow and wilt, under processing ④, lots of leaves shedded and its survival rate was 30% after 40 days water stress.

结果］结果表明，处理⑤不能提供幼苗生长所需的水分，幼苗全部干枯死亡；处理①、②幼苗生长表现正常；处理③叶片大量变黄枯萎；处理④叶片大量枯萎脱落且在控水40 d后其存活率只有30%。

Studied the stachydrine dealing with the Oncomelania hupensis's esterase、the glycogen and the total protein. The result showed when dealt with the Oncomelania hupensis for 1~2 days, the figures of enzyme are higher than the compared group; when dealt for 3~4 days, the figures of enzyme reached the highest level; when dealt for 5 days, the figures of enzyme remarkably reduced.

The results showed that 22.5μL/L of clove leaf oil had the best preservation effect on peach. After 35 days of stock, the sound fruit rate was 94%, 46.9% higher than compared group. The rotten index and the browning index were 94.1% and 85.2% lower than the control, respectivly, and the treatment could remarkablely reduce the respiration rate and ethylene release, and postponed ethylene release peak and respiration peak 5 and 10d, respectively in comparison with CK, it also delayed the drop of firmness and contents of titrable acids of the peach. When stored for 35d, firmness of control group and 22.5μL/L of clove leaf oil were decreased 60% and 34% compared with initial storage, and the activities of SOD, CAT and POD were enhanced, but the contents of SSC had no obvious difference with control.

结果表明，与对照相比，22.5μL/L丁香叶油处理对桃果实的防腐保鲜效果最好，贮藏35d时好果率为94%，比对照提高了46.9%，腐烂指数和褐变指数分别比对照低94.1%和85.2%；丁香叶油处理可以有效降低桃果实的呼吸强度和乙烯释放量，呼吸强度高峰和乙烯释放量高峰分别推迟5和10d，延缓了果实硬度和可滴定酸含量下降的速度；贮藏35d时对照和22.5μL/L丁香叶油处理果实硬度分别比贮藏初期降低了60%和34%；丁香叶油处理提高了超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶3种膜脂过氧化物酶的活性，但可溶性固形物含量与对照相比无明显差异。

The results show that the capacitance of RuO2·nH2O films unannealed is unstable. Annealing at temperatures of 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300℃for 2 h respectively, the capacitance of RuO2·nH2O becomes stable after 60 cycles.
