The aim of this research was based on enhancing the anaerobic digestion efficiency of straw by thermo-alkaline pretreatment in which mainly studied the effect of thermo-alkaline pretreatment on solubility of straw. And then the straw after pretreatment was anaerobically digested to verify effects of pretreatment on anaerobic digestion of straw.

本研究以提高秸秆厌氧发酵效率为目的，采用热碱预处理方法对秸秆进行预处理，研究预处理温度、碱用量对秸秆可溶性的影响，将预处理后的秸秆用于厌氧发酵，检测其对厌氧发酵结果的影响。

Methods Our experiment included treatments of ethylene 0, 250, 500 mgL^(-1,α-NAA 0, 50, 100 mgL^(-1 and joint addition of ethylene and α-NAA 250 mgL^(-1+50 mgL^(-1) for A. anomala and S. variegata plants.

实验分3种处理：单独用乙烯利溶液处理（浓度分别为0、250和500 mgL^(-1)）、单独用α-NAA溶液处理（浓度分别为0、50和100 mgL^(-1)）和二者混合处理（250 mgL^(-1)乙烯利溶液＋50 mgL^(-1)α-NAA溶液）。

The models of auricular edema in mice by dimethyl benzene and increased permeability of celiac blood capillary by acetic acid were studied,the results showed that the petroleum ether and acetic ester fraction of fermentation product of Calvatia gigantea could inhibit ear edema;acetic ester and n-Butanol fraction of fermentation product could reduce the permeability of celiac blood capillary by acetic acid.

本文系统综述了污水处理及回用的理论和方法，并以胶片生产废水为研究对象，以陶粒为填料，采用曝气生物滤池的工艺，探讨处理胶片厂生产废水的可行性及实现污水回用的目的。首先，本文简要介绍了传统的污水处理工艺及发展状况；介绍了乐凯胶片公司污水处理的历程及现状；着重分析了滤料的历史、现状和发展及曝气生物滤池在国内外的应用成果及存在问题。

So in order to deal with the problem, both the living habit and distribution of Chironomus larva in the water treatment system and the methods in removing Chironomus larva at present were introduced in this article. Meanwhile, the relationship between its physiological characteristic and environmental factors was demonstrated. Also the research status、advantage and limitation of different methods in the remove of Chironomus larva were analyzed systematically and some scientific tendencies were prospected. It was suggested that enhancing the management to the raw water and optimizing the drinking water treatment processes were the feasible ways to effectively control the pollution.

本文首先介绍了摇蚊幼虫的生活习性及其在水处理工艺中的分布规律，然后对其生理特性与环境因子之间的关系进行了论述；并就近年来采用物理法、化学法和生物法防治水处理工艺中摇蚊幼虫污染的研究进展、现状和局限性进行了较为系统的分析，展望了摇蚊幼虫污染防治技术的研究前景，指出目前控制饮用水中摇蚊幼虫污染必须将水源水质水控制、污染治理与净水工艺处理结合起来，优化水处理工艺和强化水源水体保护是根本保障。

Based on these previous work, in this research, in order to explore the the molecular mechanism of enhanced tumor cell immunogenicity treated by elemene and mytomycin C compositely, we used murine Hca-F ascitic hepatic carcinoma ( high lymphatic metastasis substrain of H22) as an experimental model to compare the immunoprotective effects on Hca-F cells as well as the mechanism of the effects caused by HSP70-peptide complex purified from untreated tumor cells, EC-TCV and BCG; We studied the mechanism of increased tumor cell membrane HSP expression treated with elemene by the techniques of RT-PCR and immunoelectron microscopy; In order to deeply elucidate the antitumor effects and the molecular mechanism of elemene in increasing tumor cell immunogenicity we analyzed and compared the effects of elemene and heat shock on the gene expressions of tumor cell using gene expression profile chip.

本论文在上述研究成果的基础上，选择小鼠肝癌H22的高淋巴道转移亚系Hca-F为模型，进一步比较了未处理肿瘤细胞来源、榄香烯复合瘤苗来源的和卡介苗来源的HSP70-肽复合物对Hca-F的免疫保护效应、效应机制，探讨榄香烯-丝裂霉素复合处理增强肿瘤细胞免疫原性的分子机制；以Hca-F和人肝癌细胞株HepG〓等为模型研究了榄香烯处理增强肿瘤细胞膜热休克蛋白表达的机制；以HepG〓为模型用表达谱基因芯片研究比较了榄香烯与热休克处理对肿瘤细胞基因表达的影响，从而进一步阐明榄香烯抗肿瘤作用及增强肿瘤细胞免疫原性的分子机制。
