本设计通过对LJ465Q-1A汽油发动机前罩壳的结构特点和冲压工艺分析，着重介绍了该零件的冲压工艺过程设计及冲孔修边模、翻孔模的设计要点，探讨了避免缺陷产生的方法，确定了合理的冲压工艺过程和模具结构，并以冲压工艺过程图为依据完成了该零件冲孔切边模与翻孔模的结构设计和装配图、主要零件图的绘制。
