主要内容及结论：1充氡后利用计算机连续进行电离电流累积测量，得到了精细的电流随时间的变化曲线，可清楚看出氡及其子体的生成衰变造成的电离电流的生长—稳定—衰减过程，与理论计算值进行了比较，由电离电流衰减速度的变化得出氡吸附作用的影响，并测量到电离室冲洗后氡的反扩散现象；2由已知活度的标准源定出相对测量的刻度系数K值，K=24.62 Bq／pA，对同一个监测源以半年为周期进行多次测量后得出稳定性符合要求；3通过测量电离电流和气压的关系曲线以及不同气压下的饱和曲线，确定了常规的工作条件；4测量了盐酸清洗电离室内表面降低本底的效果；5不确定度分析表明相对测氡的扩展不确定度(k=2)小于5％，由本底涨落得出探测下限为0.5 Bq；6理论上对壁损失修正进行了计算，实验上保持电离室工作在饱和区的情况下，测量了不同气压下电离电流的变化，从中得出了壁损失随气压变化的规律，可以看出，电离电流的实测值和计算值随气压变化规律基本一致；当气压大于125 kPa时，端效应等其它因素造成的影响不大于2％，因而在此工作条件下，测量电离电流后通过计算修正壁损失可以实现近似的绝对测氡，提出了进一步提高绝对测量准确度的方法。

Objective:To seek into the mechanism of the differential adherent velocity of myoblast cultured in vitro. We assumed that this ability was not only related to the extent of maturation, but also to the physical characteristics of these cells.

Results:Normal segment:DEM 8.89±1.21mm,VDEM2.30±0.76cm/s;Hypokinetic segment:DEM 4.56±0.53mm,VDEM 1.89±0.35cm/s;Akinetic segment:DEM 2.13±0.45mm,VDEM 0.95±0.07cm/s.There was a significant overall difference in DEM and VDEM (P0.0001)among wall motion grades.1/3 VDEM was greater than 2/3 VDEM in normal(P0.0001)and hypokinetic(P0.05)segments,though 1/3 VDEM was slower than 2/3 VDEM in akinetic segments(P0.0001).There was also high correlation between 1/3 DEM and 1/3DEMF in both normal(r＝0.81,P0.0001,y＝0.75x＋0.16)and OMI(r＝0.91,P0.0001,y＝0.74x＋0.10)groups.Conclusion:Analysis of color kinesis image can quantitatively assess regional and global diastolic function.

结果：运动正常节段：DEM8.89±1.21mm，VDEM2.30±0.76cm/s；运动减弱节段：DEM 4.56±0.53mm，VDEM1.89±0.35cm/s；运动消失节段：DEM2.13±0.45mm，VDEM0.95±0.07cm/s；三种不同室壁运动状态间的DEM、VDEM均存在显著性差异PDEM显著快于2/3VDEM(4.56±1.18cm/s vs 1.26±0.34cm/s，PDEM略快于2/3VDEM2.14±0.66cm/s vs 1.76±0.47cm/s，PDEM显著低于2/3 VDEM(1.23±0.52cm/s vs 1.37±0.30cm/s，P结论：彩色室壁运动技术能定量评价左室局部和整体舒张功能。

Results All cases became amenorrheic during GnRH-α therapy. The enlarged uteri all decreased to normal or near normal size. Menstruation returned in 80～90 days after cessation of treatment. Three cases conceived within four menstrual periods. One of them resulted in the birth of a healthy 3 150 g male at 38 weeks gestation by cesarean section. The second pregnancy resulting after adenomyomectomy was terminated by emergent cesarean section at 30 weeks gestation because of threatened rupture of uterus. The third is now normal at 28 weeks pregnancy .The fourth has had 2 menstrual periods and is still being followed up.

结果 GnRH-α用药期间4例均闭经，血雌二醇于用药的第3周降到绝经期水平；用药6次后增大的子宫缩小至正常或接近正常。1例子宫后壁局限性腺肌瘤未行手术切除者，用药后腺肌瘤缩小73.7%。3例于腹腔镜术后、停药转经的4个月内妊娠；另1例停药转经2个月，现在随访中。3例妊娠转归：1例足月剖宫产分娩；1例手术切除肌壁间腺肌瘤者，孕30周时因先兆子宫破裂急诊行剖宫产术；1例目前孕22周。

Their fecundity outcome were followed-up after cessation of GnRH-α treatment. Results All cases became amenorrheic during GnRH-α therapy. A total of 150 mesenchymal neoplasms of the GI tract, abdominal cavity, and retroperitoneum were retrieved from consult and surgical pathology archives, including 54 GISTs (8 KIT-negative; 13 desmin-positive), 17 GI leiomyosarcomas, 11 GI mural leiomyomas, 13 leiomyomas of the muscularis mucosae, 12 gastric schwannomas, 15 inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, 9 cases of mesenteric desmoid fibromatosis, 10 dedifferentiated liposarcomas, and 9 malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.
