Results 3 cases of lesions were in the gap of"V"shape between iliac muscle and musculus psoas major on the coronal sections in the lower right abdomen closely adjacent to the cecum,which were narrowed. The lesions showed long even T1 and T2 signals similar to mucous wall particularly in T2WI image. The walls of cyst were thin and even. The cysts were round or oval in shape on transections.The cyst were cucurbits in shape in 2 cases and long cannular in a case on coronal sections and arrowy sections and borderlines of the cysts were clear. The terminal of the cysts showed taper in 2 cases. In addition, cecum polypus was found at the placket of the appendix in a case which was not shown on MRI image.

结果 3例病变均位于右下腹，冠状面位于髂肌和腰大肌形成的"V"形间隙内，与盲肠关系密切，盲肠呈外压改变；呈均匀长T1、长 T2信号；壁薄且均匀，信号与肠管壁相似，于T2WI显示较明显；于横断面分别呈圆形、类圆形及椭圆形，冠状面及矢状面2例显示呈"葫芦"状、1例呈长管状，3例末端均呈"桃尖"样变；边界均清楚。1例于阑尾开口部发生盲肠息肉，MRI未能显示。

Results The lateral wall of CS consisted of two layers: outer layer was cerebral dura mater, and inner layer was lamellar sheath of the oculomotor nerve,trochlear nerve and trigeminal nerve. The stratum profundum of paries lateralis in CS was incomplete (62.5%), they were in the front of the Mullan triangle or in the back of Parkinson triangle.

结果 海绵窦外侧壁为两层结构，外层为硬脑膜，内层为动眼神经、滑车神经和三叉神经分支的神经鞘膜，外侧壁深层不完整者占62.5%，均在Mullan三角前部或Parksin三角后部。

The mean velocity distributions in turbulent boundary layers of smooth surface and two different riblet surfaces are measured with IFA300 constant-temperature anemometer in low-speed wind tunnel to validate the full development of turbulent boundary laye. Friction velocity and wall friction stress of turbulent boundary layer are obtained with the least-squares fitted curve of the sublayer velocity distribution based on Spalding formula, and virtual origin position of riblet surface can be acquired accurately.

在低速风洞中来流速度一定的情况下使用IFA300恒温热线风速仪测量了光滑表面和两种不同尺寸的脊状表面湍流边界层平均速度分布剖面，并验证了试验段湍流发展的充分性；通过应用Spalding壁面公式使用最小二乘法精准拟合了实验测量的边界层内层速度分布曲线，得到了湍流边界层壁面摩擦速度并进一步求得湍流壁面摩擦应力，较准确地计算出脊状表面的虚拟原点位置，并通过与对数律公式拟合结果比较分析，证实了该方法更加准确有效。

With DGD method, the electron microscopy observation has provided new information on the process of chromatin migration. That is: Firstly, the nucleus moved toward cell wall and a picture characteristic of synizesis stage of meiosis appeared; Secdonly, the transmigration of chromatin occured through CC, and a more extensive region constituted of nuclear skeleton left behind chromatin, which was named as"clear spaces" under light microscopy; Thirdly, at the late stage of synizesis, most of chromatin had gone into adjacent cells through CC and fused into a whole, and the nuclear skeleton left in the former cell gradually mixed with cytoskeleton in cytoplasm.

DGD—包埋去包埋电镜观察表明：百合花粉母细胞中有类似核纤层的结构存在；在染色质穿壁运动过程中，首先是细胞核向细胞壁靠拢，并可留下瞬间的运行轨迹——细胞核后方出现只有细胞骨架而少有细胞器的区域；其后是染色质开始穿壁，在穿壁染色质后方细胞核内出现无染色质仅有密集的核骨架的区域，到了染色质穿壁后期，大部分核物质都已穿至相邻细胞，并彼此融合，而残余在原穿出细胞中的核骨架己逐渐与原细胞的胞质骨架融为一体。

The research contents and main conclusions are as follows:1. The present thesis adopted one-dimension interior ballistic model, regarding the ballistic spatial core as the unsteady quasi one-dimension airflow containing the friction and heat exchange between airflow and tube wall, considering the boundary layer unsteady, nonstationary condensable current; and employed the MacCormack finite difference method to write the program.

本文的研究内容及结论主要体现在以下几个方面： 1、采用了一维内弹道模型，把弹后空间的核心流部分考虑为包含气流与身管管壁发生摩擦和热交换的不稳定准一维流，边界层考虑为不稳定、非定常可压缩流，用MacCormack有限差分方法求解，编制程序进行计算，较为准确的得到了复合材料身管固壁瞬态温度场分析内边界条件所需的气流温度和对流换热系数结果。

After selective extraction, the cyst wall of two kind of resting cysts displayed a filament network. In the resting cysts of Tachysoma pellionella and Euplotes encysticus, the filament was located in mesocyst and endocyst respectively. On the other hand, a special filament scaffold region was observed below the cyst wall in two kind of cysts. Compared with the true IF which was located in central part of cyst, the filament of this region was net as well as uniform, and no any cytoplasm residue can be seen in this region. In the resting cyst of Euplotes encysticus, a filamental boundry which partitioned the special filament scaffold region and the true IF region was observed.

两类休眠包囊的包囊壁经生化分级抽提后均显示纤维结构，急纤虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于中间层，包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于内层壁；其次，在两类休眠包囊的包囊壁下，相当于细胞质表质层的位置，均有一个特殊的纤维网络区，与细胞质深层的网络区相比，此部分的纤维纯净、均匀，未见附着细胞器及细胞质残留物，在包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中此纤维网络区与真正的细胞质纤维网络之间由纤维构成的界膜隔开。

This paper confirmed that the microcapsule from sodium alginate and which is used in carbonless copy paper by single cogulation process owns higher embedding ratio and better nonpermeability stableness and strength.

本文对以海藻酸钠为壁材、以结晶紫内酯的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯溶液为芯材通过单凝聚法制备无碳复写纸用微囊的工艺条件进行了研究，制定了工艺路线和流程，确定了最佳的乳化条件、絮凝条件、固化条件以及壁材浓度、芯壁比，并对成品微囊进行了应用性的对比分析。

The results showed that leaf epidermal cells were polygonous or irregular in shape. Stomatal complexes only present on abaxial epidermis and the stomata was paracytic type. There were five types of anticlinal walls of abaxial and adaxial cells (straight, rounded, undulated, sinuous, straight-curved). Trichomes on abaxial epidermis exist or not. Ornamention types of periclinal walls could be divided into punctuate, smooth and striate. Ornamention of periclinal walls on inner side of abaxial epidermal cells varied widely (irregular, smooth, roughly reticular, micro hairy, granular, scaly).

结果表明：润楠属植物叶表皮细胞形状为多边形或不规则形，气孔复合体均为平列型且仅分布在下表皮；上下表皮细胞的垂周壁式样有5种类型：平直、圆滑、浅波、波状、平直-弓形；下表皮毛被有或无；上表皮平周壁纹饰类型有：点状、平滑、条纹；下表皮内面平周壁纹饰类型有：不规则、平滑、粗糙网状、微毛状、颗粒状、鳞片状。

The bearing capacity of the special steel tube column can be improved at least about 20% with rib stiffener.The effect of stiffening truss is unapparent though the stress distribution on tube wall is further reasonable.
