Using cytohischemical staining methods, with the results of comparison the dynamics of proteins and polysaccharides in the anthe wall cells and colule cells of different developmental phases in female and male flowers, the anormogenesis of anther tapetum in the inflecting phase of from bisexual flower to unisexual flower was observed. In microspore developed phase, the tapetum functions of preserving and transportingmutritive material for microspore development and of secreting callosal enzyme for decompositing callosal cell lost no normal guadrant formed, of being abnormal meiose of pollen mother cells, and then, the stamen aborted selectively in female flowers and pistil in male flower.

利用细胞组织化学染色技术，对雌、雄花雄蕊花药壁细胞及花药内细胞发育过程中多糖及蛋白质动态进行了比较，实验中观察到雌花在从两性至单性花转变时期雄蕊绒毡层在整个发育过程中表现异常，在小孢子发育过程中未能起到贮藏、转运营养物质供小孢子发育及适时分泌胼胝质酶溶解胼胝质壁的功能，并且花粉母细胞减数分裂异常而未形成四分体结构，进而导致雌花雄蕊选择性败育，而雄花中雌蕊组织也发生了选择性败育过程。

Results 3 cases of lesions were in the gap of"V"shape between iliac muscle and musculus psoas major on the coronal sections in the lower right abdomen closely adjacent to the cecum,which were narrowed. The lesions showed long even T1 and T2 signals similar to mucous wall particularly in T2WI image. The walls of cyst were thin and even. The cysts were round or oval in shape on transections.The cyst were cucurbits in shape in 2 cases and long cannular in a case on coronal sections and arrowy sections and borderlines of the cysts were clear. The terminal of the cysts showed taper in 2 cases. In addition, cecum polypus was found at the placket of the appendix in a case which was not shown on MRI image.

结果 3例病变均位于右下腹，冠状面位于髂肌和腰大肌形成的&V&形间隙内，与盲肠关系密切，盲肠呈外压改变；呈均匀长T1、长 T2信号；壁薄且均匀，信号与肠管壁相似，于T2WI显示较明显；于横断面分别呈圆形、类圆形及椭圆形，冠状面及矢状面2例显示呈&葫芦&状、1例呈长管状，3例末端均呈&桃尖&样变；边界均清楚。1例于阑尾开口部发生盲肠息肉，MRI未能显示。

No structural change was found in the 4th group. Conclusion The test prove that cholestasis would occure during TPN and become serious with time prolonging. Integrity and function of gallbladder-wall tissue cell could be defended and sustained by applying GLN, but there is no direct preventing action. There is apparent cholecy stokinetic and cholagogic fundations by applying CCK. But CCK would lose its function if gallbladder-wall was damaged. The test prove that TPN+GLN+CCK is the best way to prevent cholestasis during TPN.

TPN时间越长，胆汁淤积越重； GLN虽无直接收缩胆囊作用，但它可保护胆囊壁组织结构完整，而CCK虽有收缩胆囊、减轻胆汁瘀积作用，但晚期当胆囊壁组织结构破坏时，其作用减弱；联合应用GLN和CCK可能是预防TPN期间胆汁瘀积的一种方法。

Fourteen cases were converted to laparotomy (including 4 cases of type I Mirizzi syndrome, 4 cases of type II which all converted to laparotomy. 2 cases with the location of cystic duct into the common bile duct much lower than normal one, 2 cases with the confluence of cystic duct and cho ledoch locating in the posterior wall of choledoch. 1 case with a public wall shared for about 2 cm between the cystic duct and the choledoch).

结果 全组90例，术中中转开腹14例（包括Mirizzi综合征Ⅰ型4例Ⅱ型4例全部中转；胆囊管汇入胆总管过低2例；胆囊管开口于胆总管后壁2例；胆囊管与胆总管共同一侧壁，并并行约2 cm 1例；右肝管汇入胆囊管1例，开腹术中证实）。

对照组：用眼内电凝方法建立兔眼的视网膜分枝静脉阻塞模型：单纯穿刺吻合组：在建模完成后，用200针直接穿刺切开距阻塞点以远2/3一IPD的淤滞状态静脉管壁和其下方的视网膜和Bruch's膜；吻合联合不吸收材料植入组：在同Ta组选定的吻合部位，用MVR刀切开视网膜和Bruch's膜和静脉管壁，在视网膜切口植入一小段7一0 prolene不吸收缝线。

The results show that there are many differences in the static characteristics of the rotor in large gap annular flow and that in bearings and seals, and the wall friction coefficient changes circumferentially. The results also show that the wall roughness and the eccentricity ratio have considerable effects on the static characteristics in large gap annular flow.
