本论文以2-氯-4-硝基苯胺、4-氯-3-硝基苯胺、2-氯-5-硝基苯胺、2，4-二氯苯胺、3，4-二氯苯胺、2，5-二氯苯胺、2，3-二氯苯胺为研究对象，研究分为四部分：(1)氯代苯胺对鱼类的急性毒性；(2)氯代苯胺对鲫鱼抗氧化系统的影响；(3)氯代苯胺对鲫鱼血清性类固醇激素水平的影响；(4)氯代苯胺对鲫鱼淋巴细胞增殖的影响。

To observe the antiviral activity of Algefacient and anti-inflammatory against influenza virus, cell culture technique was used in MDCK cells to get virus inhibitory rate and virus titer by MTT assay and hemagglitination test. Influenza virus infection model was established in mice, to observe the protection effect to mice death, the inhibitory effect to pulmonary index and pulmonary virus titer.

Results: the extracts of dipsacus asperoids with different concentration(1ug/ml、 10ug/mk、 100ug/ml) can increase the ability of osteoblastic proliferation; the extracts of dipsacus asperoids with concentration of 10ug/ml and 100ug/ml can increase the ability of osteoblastic differentiation.

Methods: The inhibitation of HL-60 cells by Rapamycin was measured by MTT assay. Morphic change of the apoptosis of HL-60 cells was observed by inverted microscope and light microscope, trapezoid straps by DNA agarose gel electrophoresis, and apoptosis rate by flow cytometry. Western-blot analysis was performed to detect the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 proteins after rapamycin treatment.
