Methods: To prepare serum containing drugs with Marsdenia Tenacissima extracts using method A and B, and evaluate this effect via different concentration levels through cellular morphology and MTT. Results: The maximum of no toxicity concentration of Marsdenia Tenacissima extract A towards HepG2 was approximately 0.648mg/mL.

用两种方法制备乌骨藤提取物含药血清，采用不同浓度的含药血清分别作用于培养的HepG2细胞通过细胞形态学和MTT法检测乌骨藤提取物含药血清对HepG2细胞增殖的影响。

The inhibition rate were -5.15%,-13.29%, 29.16%, 63.19% and 61.89% when the drug concentration levels were 0.389, 0.648, 1.08, 1.8 and 3mg/mL, respectively. The half inhibitory concentration of Marsdenia Tenacissima extract A was 1.8 mg/mL using regression method. The maximum of no toxicity concentration of Marsdenia Tenacissima extract B towards HepG2 was also approximately 0.648mg/mL.

结果：乌骨藤提取物A对HepG2细胞的最大无毒浓度大约为0.648mg/mL；药物浓度在0.389、0.648、1.08、1.8、3mg/mL时的抑制率分别为-5.15%、-13.29%、29.16%、63.19%、61.89%；用回归法求出乌骨藤提取物A对HepG2细胞增殖的半数抑制浓度为1.8mg/mL。

乌骨藤提取物B对HepG2细胞的最大无毒浓度大约为0.648mg/mL；药物浓度在0.389、0.648、1.08、1.8、3mg/mL时的抑制率分别为-10.4%、-12.69%、20.74%、63.14%、65.13%；用回归法求出乌骨藤提取物B对HepG2细胞增殖的半数抑制浓度为1.86mg/mL。
