Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing 100081,ChinaIn order to get the high output power, a RF excited diffusively cooled all-metal slab waveguide CO2 laser was reported, in which gas discharge region was constructed by two aluminum side walls and aluminum electrodes. The region dimension was 2 mm height×20 mm width×386 mm length, and the gas composition was CO2:N2:He:Xe=1:1:3:0.26. This technique replaced the old ceramic and metal sandwich waveguide technique.The optimum out power 127 W was achieved from the RF excited diffusively cooled all-metal slab waveguide CO2 laser with the longitudinal voltage uniformity distribution technique and scaling area technique. The electro-optic conversion efficiency was about 14%.

为了获得较高的激光输出功率，介绍了射频激励扩散冷却全金属板条波导CO2激光器，放电区域由左右两个铝合金壁和上下两个铝合金电极构成，放电区域高2 mm，宽20 mm，长386 mm，工作气体混合比CO2：N2：He：Xe=1：1：3：0.26，该技术代替了过去的金属陶瓷结构，结合纵向电压均匀分布技术和面增比技术，获得了127 W的激光输出功率，光电转换效率高达14%。

In this dissertation, we optimized the thinkness of each layer of TFEL devices using the layered optimization method to obtain ZnS: Ce〓 TFEL devices. Accoding to the energy level structure of Ce〓, two criteria for distinguishing the EL of Ce〓 were found out, from which it was conduded that the TFEL of ZnS: Ce〓 comes from 5d→4f transition of Ce〓. The measurement of brightness waveform showed that the TFEL of ZnS: Ce〓 was the luminescence from independent centers. and there were the field induced-delocalization in this process anf it〓s the cause of low TFEL efficiency of ZnS: Ce〓. In this dissertation, different influence factors on TFEL of ZnS: Ce〓 were sdudied. The influence of different host lattice is different: The blue/green ratio of ZnS: Ce〓 in hexagonal system of ZnS is larger than that in cubic system of ZnS, and the TFEL peaks in hexagonal system of ZnS moves toward longer wavelength compared with that in cubic system of ZnS. The adding buffer layer was used in this stage. The solubility of Ce〓 in ZnS was small and it was another limit to TFEL brightness of ZnS: Ce〓 device. The solubility of Ce〓 increased ten times when using Li ions as flux, so that the TFEL brightness of ZnS: Ce〓 was enhanced. It was found that the appearing of ZnO in active layer improves the TFEL of ZnS: Ce〓: the brightness and the wave range of ZnS: Ce〓TFEL were enhanced.

本文采用TFEL的分层优化方案，优化组合了各膜层厚度，选择最佳制备条件，得到了ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL；根据Ce〓的能级结构，找到了判别Ce〓的EL的两个简单依据，并据此断定ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL的两个发射峰分别属于Ce〓的〓和〓跃迁；亮度波形测量表明ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL属于分立中心发光，分析认为在此过程中存在着较严重的场致离化，这也是ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL效率较低的一个原因；本文考查了影响ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL的各种因素，发现：基质的晶体结构对ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL有所影响，在六角相ZnS中Ce〓的TFEL优于立方相ZnS中Ce〓的TFEL：发射峰的蓝-绿比相对较大，且光谱向短波方向移动，在此项研究中本文采用了在发光层前增镀过渡层的办法，过渡层为六角晶相的ZnO；限制ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL器件亮度的一个原因是Ce〓在ZnS中的溶解度低，本文用Li离子作助溶剂增大了Ce〓的溶解度，增大幅度为一个量级，并且ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL亮度明显提高；从ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL光谱来看ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL波长覆盖范围较小，亮度也不高，达不到做为白色TFEL材料的要求，需要寻找新的白色TFEL材料；在研究ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL中还发现：发光层中ZnO的出现有利于ZnS：Ce〓的TFEL：发射峰变宽、亮度增大。

Results: SAH were presented real image of brain cistern and brain sulcus; Hemorrhage in the interhemispheric fissure cistern presented as a slightly widening hyperdense line; zigzag hyperdense line; elongation of hyperdense line within the anterior segment of the interhemispheric fissure, which was longer than 25mm or half the depth of the genu; thickening of the tentorial incisure margin.

结果：蛛网膜下腔出血可显示脑池、脑沟、脑裂呈高密度改变；纵裂池出血呈一稍宽线影；高密度"Z"字征；前纵裂池高密度线影延长或大于1／2胼胝体膝部深度或大于25mm；天幕缘切迹增厚。

Using a single pulse solar cell tester with constant light intensity for 5ms, we have studied the performance of conventional crystalline silicon solar cell with low concentrator( 1～10 sun)and cells temperature of 15～110℃at laboratory.

结果表明，室温下常规太阳电池的最佳工作点电压V_m和光功率放大系数a随入射光强增加呈现先增后降的趋势，并且串联电阻小的电池下降速度慢，串联电阻大的电池下降速度快；温度对晶体硅太阳电池的工作电压和输出功率相当敏感；在严格控制太阳电池工作温度的条件下，串联电阻小的电池在较宽的聚光范围内可以获得良好的使用效果。

In comparison with the control group,the blood flow,survival length and the length to width ratio of the expanded flap in the experimental group increased statistically.The immediate retraction ratio of the flap decreased significantly.The epidermis was thicker while the dermis was not significant different from the control.The panniculus carnosus was significant thinner in the expanded group than the unexpanded group.The deep connective tissue was statistically thinner in the group using the new type expander.

结果 双囊扩张器能有效地将药物导入到扩张囊周围的组织中发挥药理作用，使扩张后的皮瓣血流量较常规扩张组显著提高，成活长度、长宽比例也明显增加，回缩率明显降低，表皮明显增厚，包膜较其他各组明显变薄，真皮在各扩张组和未扩张组相比无明显变化，但肉膜层扩张组较未扩张组明显变薄。

Results Many broaden patches of capillaries were seen in venous phase and delayed in evacuation among the bilateral cerebral hemisphere, spot and linear contrast dyeing in left hemisphere.

结果：两侧大脑半球静脉期可见较多增宽迂曲的丛状毛细血管影，消失延迟；左侧见小点状及小条形造影剂染色。

Results Cerebroedema appeared in all animals and they have some behavioral alterations. The meninges tighten, the brain swollen overtly. The adventitia of the brain arteries and the perivascular Virchow－ Robin space dilated irregularly. In some neurons both the nucleus and cytoplasm condensed, chromatin gathered near the nuclear membrane. Some other neurons appeared degeneration or necrosis. There was intracelluar edema of the astrocytes.

结果所有动物均发生脑水肿，表现行为异常，脑膜及脑组织肿胀、充血，小血管壁外膜及Virchow－Robin间隙增宽，内含大量水肿液，毛细血管基底膜肥厚，神经元固缩、轮廓不清晰或肿胀、坏死，胶质细胞增生、肿胀，硬脑膜表面凹凸不平、水肿明显。

Results: From the second days of the operation, the brain swellen overtly. RBC and phagocyte can be seen in the cerebral interstitial space. The adventitia of the brain arteries and the perivascular Virchow￣Robin space dilated irregularly. The neuronal number of hippocampal CAI sector decreased evidently. In some neuron both the nucleus and cytoplasm condensed, chromatin gathered near the nuclear membrane.

结果： 自术后第二天可见脑组织水肿，红细胞溢出及吞噬细胞浸润，小血管壁外膜及Virchow￣Robin间隙增宽，内含大量水肿液，海马CAI区正常神经元数量明显下降，且排列及不整齐，细胞皱缩，核固缩、深染，核染色质聚集，核周囊膨大，胶质细胞增生。
