The capacity of single pile will enhance when the length and diameter of pile increases, but effect of pile diameter is more obvious. While pile diameter increases 20、40 and 60 percents, the capacity of pile will enhance 20.4、53.7 and 78.1 percents. And with the effect of mud-cake, the capacity of single bored pile will fall down nearly 20 percents, and pile-side resistance will also reduce 15 — 35 percents. In the centrifuge tests, when the relative displacement between pile and soil was 45 —85mm, which is much more than the criterions, the pile-side resistance will become most. Meanwhile the intenerated value of utmost resistance is close to the resistance in situ. In the pile group tests, the capacity of pile group , which the space among piles increases from 2D to 3D、 4D and 5D , will enhance 6.1、9.6、18 percents .

当桩径增加20%、40%、60%时，桩承载力分别增长了20.4%、53.7%和78.1%；在考虑泥皮效应后单桩侧摩阻力减小15～35%，极限承载力减小18%～24%，且减小率随桩径的增加而变小；试验中桩身侧阻软化值与原型桩实测侧阻软化值接近，且极限侧阻所对应的桩土相对位移试验要比规范值大得多，约为45～85mm；同时群桩极限承载力随桩距的增大而增加，其中桩距为3D、4D、5D的群桩承载力分别比间距为2D的群桩高6.1%、9.6%和18%；其承载力效应系数η接近或大于1，并随着桩间距的增大而不断提高；群桩侧摩阻力沿深度的分布与单桩略有不同，即桩身上部由于承台的作用，侧阻削弱，但桩身中部侧阻具有增加的趋势。

The design was optimized for maximum signal intensity by simulation and experiments. The size of focal spot in the micro-channel capillary was optimized. Fluorescence signal was enhanced 2～3 times when increasing the diameter of focal spot from 10μm to 50μm (full of the inner wall of capillary), through which the sensitivity and signal-noise ratio were also improved. A technique of using refractive matching liquid was presented. The fluorescence signals were boosted up and the signal collection efficiency was also meliorated when using this method.

通过理论分析和实验优化本系统的设计：优化聚焦于微通道中的激发光斑大小，增大聚焦到毛细管内径中的激发光斑尺寸，使光斑尺寸由最小的10μm增大到50μm，光电倍增管接收到的荧光信号提高了2-3倍，从而提高系统的信噪比和灵敏度；提出在聚焦物镜处加折射率匹配液的方法，加匹配液后的荧光信号得到了增强，因而提高了荧光收集效率和灵敏度。

Through the air convection experiment in laboratory, we find that the real measurement of natural convection in laboratory under obturated circumstances is almost sameness to theory calculation. The most notable part of air convection is in the middle part of crushed stones. The bigger the size of the crushed stones is, the bigger the measured wind value is.

主要结论如下： 1、通过室内模拟自然对流试验，得出在室内封闭条件下测得的自然对流效应跟理论计算值相差不大，自然对流效应最明显的部分位于块石层的中间部位；实测的对流涡包都是由一开始的无序状态往块石层的中间部位发展；随着块石粒径的增大，测得的最大风速值也随之增大。

A hotwire anemometer was used to measure the jet velocity at the exit of the precessing jet nozzle and the power spectrum density was obtained afterwards in order to analyze the precessing feature of the jet. It is shown that an obvious precession motion is generated in a nozzle even with a large expansion ratio E=10 and a small length-to-diameter ratio LD=2. The precessing frequency is mainly dependent on the nozzle diameter and the intake flow rate, increasing with the enhancement of the flow rate and with the reduction of nozzle diameter.

采用热线风速仪测量旋进喷嘴出口射流的速度，并对该射流进行功率谱分析以研究其旋进特性，结果表明，实验所用的膨胀比E=10、长径比L/D=2的喷嘴同样能产生明显的旋进射流，旋进频率主要取决于喷嘴的尺寸和射流的流速，并随流速的增大和喷嘴直径的减小而增大。

The results showed that Liquidamba formosana, Quercus acutissima, and Quercus fabri populations had the dominant positions in the forest community of Purple Mountain Area of Nanjing. During the growth process, the mortality of L. formosana, Q. acutissima, and Q. fabri were higher in low age. After entering into the middle-age stage, the upper space was occupied by oak and L. formosana population all died. The mortality of Q. acutissima and Q. fabri populations were increased with the increasing of diameter class. L. formosana population in the Purple Mountain Area of Nanjing belonged to be the typical growing population and Q. acutissima population was a decreasing population. Q. fabri population belonged to be the growing population on the whole, but the diameter class in middle parts was incomplete and the population was difficult to be renewed. Among the studied quadrate, only one dominant population showed an aggregated distribution and other dominant species showed the random distribution. Either, all the dominant species in all the quadrates presented random distribution.

结果表明，枫香种群、麻栎种群和白栎种群在南京紫金山地区森林群落中占有优势地位；枫香种群、麻栎种群和白栎种群在其生长过程中，在低龄时期，死亡率都较高，进入中龄期后，由于上层空间都被栎木占据，枫香种群全部死亡，而麻栎种群和白栎种群的死亡率则随着径级的增大而增大；南京紫金山地区枫香种群属于典型的增长型种群，麻栎种群属于衰退型种群，白栎种群总体上属于增长型群落，但中间径级不完整，种群更新较为困难；在所研究的每一个样方中，一般只有一个优势物种呈聚集分布，而其他优势物种呈随机分布，或样方中所有优势物种都呈随机分布。
