Morning stiffness, symmetric arthritis, RF positivity, ESR, CRP and synovial hyperplasia, enhanced pannus, bone marrow edema and bone erosion have certain differentiating diagnosis value between early RA and non-RA.

以晨僵、对称性关节肿胀、ESR增快、RF阳性、CRP值升高、血管翳强化、滑膜增厚、骨侵蚀、骨髓水肿为指标时对于鉴别早期RA与非RA具有一定诊断价值。

There were significant differences between RA and non-RA groups in morning stiffness, symmetric arthritis, rheumatoid factor positivity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein and synovial hyperplasia, enhanced pannus, bone marrow edema as well as bone erosion.

晨僵、对称性关节肿胀、类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor， RF)阳性、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate， ESR)增快、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein， CRP)值升高诸指标在RA组与非RA组之间具有显著差异性。MRI各主要征象中滑膜增厚、血管翁强化、骨髓水肿、骨侵蚀诸指标RA组与非RA组之间具有显著差异性。

CT Findings were as follows : pancreas enlargement in 24 cases , focal and diffused hypodense in 39 cases , hemorrhage and necrosis of pancreas in 3 cases, peripancreatic effusion in 39 cases , prerenal fascia thickening in 39 cases , pleural effusion in 24 cases , with thrombosis in portal and SMV in 1 case . A case of pancreas head enlargement misdiagnosed for tumor,a case pancreatitis effusion was through superficial inguinal canal into scrotum.

CT影像学征象如下：胰腺体积增 24例；局限性及弥漫性密度减低39例；胰体及尾部出血坏死3例；胰周间隙渗出39例；肾旁筋膜增厚及脾肾间隙模糊39例，特别是左侧肾筋膜均累及；少量胸腔积液24例；出血性胰腺炎伴门脉及肠系膜上静脉血栓1例；炎性渗出物通过腹股沟管蔓延到阴囊1例；单纯胰头增大，误诊胰头肿瘤1例；本组40例中合并胆石12例。

Results Six FTAs presented with tubular cystic adnexal masses(n=4) and fallopian tube wided(n=2), with thicked, enhancing wall, thin internal septa and pyosalpinx on computed tomography.

结果 单纯输卵管脓肿6例，CT表现附件区管状囊性肿块4例和输卵管增粗2例，管腔内可见小分隔、积脓，管壁增厚且明显强化。

Results The main CT finds were as follow:①Bilaterial margins of the lesion were perpendicular to pleura with a straight cut edge presenting a square sign;②The density at the central area,some-times presenting a halo-like apperance;③Irre-gular or spiculate margins with illdefined outline could be seen;④There was extensive pleural thickening involving interlobar fissure as a response to inflamation;⑤There were small patches of slightly high density and intensified vascular markings surrounding the lesions;⑥After short-term anti-inflam-matory therrapy,most lesions were obviously reduced in size.

结果 26例球形肺炎的主要CT表现为：①邻近胸膜病变两侧缘垂直于胸膜呈刀切样平直边缘，病变呈方形；②病变中央密度高，边缘密度低，显示晕圈状改变；③病变边缘可不规则，有锯齿状改变且较模糊；④周围胸膜反应显著，有较广泛增厚；⑤病变周围血管纹理增多、增粗、扭曲，但无僵直和受牵拉；⑥抗炎治疗后病变明显吸收缩小。

The expressions of VEGF mRNA in renal cortex in B and group C increased greatly compared with A group at 8th week(P.01), And the expression was decreased more in C group than that in B group at the 8th week;④The light microscopes results showed that no pathological changes in group A; pathological changes were much obvious in group B:glomerular capillary lumen tumbling,lumens blocked,mesangial region widened,basal lamina thicking,mesenterium base inceased,the volume of glomerulus become large,cell population increased,renal tubule vacuolization, renal interstitium was infiltrated by lots of lymphocyte and mononuclear macrophage; pathological changes in group C was light,only see glomerular capillary lumen lightly stegnosis,few lymphocyte infiltrating.

免疫组化结果显示第8周B组大鼠肾皮质VEGF蛋白含量较A组显著增加(P.01)，C组VEGF含量较B组有明显减少(P.01)，C组较A组表达量仍然增加(P.01)；③第8周B组肾皮质VEGF mRNA表达较A组有明显上调(P.01)，与B组相比，辛伐他汀可以明显减少C组肾皮质VEGF mRNA表达；④光学显微镜下A组肾小球毛细血管腔均匀一致，无狭窄，肾小管-间质无炎症细胞浸润。B组则病变较明显：大鼠肾小球毛细血管袢塌陷，管腔闭塞，系膜区增宽，基膜增厚和系膜基质增多，肾小球体积增大，出现玻璃样变；肾小管尤其是近区小管肿胀、变性、空泡形成，肾间质可见大量淋巴细胞和单核巨噬细胞浸润。C组病变较轻，可见肾小球毛细血管管腔轻度狭窄，肾小管-间质见少量淋巴细胞浸润。

腹主动脉形态学变化观察结果，可见空白组腹主动脉内膜表面光滑，内皮细胞连续，细胞间隙较小，内皮细胞无水肿，形态正常；模型对照组腹主动脉内膜增厚、隆起，血管内皮细胞可见部分脱落，细胞间隙增宽，内皮细胞有水肿。
