Activities can cause a very large release of DIN by virtue of excretion, burrowing, bioturbation and sediment resuspension. Developed cave in sediment and continual turnover of sediment by crab can improve an organic matter remineralization and ammonification, consequently reworking the DIN vertical profile in sediment.

蟹类活动造成的洞穴结构及对沉积物的翻动混合能增加沉积物中的氧气含量，促进沉积物中有机氮的矿化和NH(上标+下标 4)的释放，造成无机氮在沉积物中的剖面分布特征发生较大变化。

Fruit yields, weight of single fruit, per fruit pulp weight, fruit edible ratio, water content of sarcocarp were all increased with the increase of SWC and reached the maximum at SWC75. Soluble brix, soluble suger and titratable acid of fruit had notable or significantly notable negative-linear relations with SWC (R~2 = 0.880 7*; R~2 = 0.717 7* and R~2=0.965 1**) while pH of fruit was increased as SWC did. Brix-acid ratio of fruit was increased linearly with the increase of SWC (R~2=0.908 6*, n=50) and reached the maximum at SWC75. Suger-acid ratio also increased with SWC.

在SWC≤75%时，柑橘产量，单果重，单果果肉重、果实可食率、果肉含水量等随SWC增加而显著增加，在75%时各指标值最高；果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量分别与SWC呈显著或极显著线性负相关，相关系数分别为R~2=0.880 7~*(n：50)、R~2=0.717 7~*(n=50)和R~2=0.965 1~n=50果实pH值则呈相反趋势，柑橘果实固酸比和糖酸比随SWC的增加而显著增加，果实固酸比与SWC呈显著线性相关(R~2=0.908 6~*，n=50，糖酸比在SWC=75%时达到最大值。

The results indicate seawater concentration has no effect on absorbency, pH, relative density, dry matter and water contents in Aloe vera leaves. While, seawater stress causes increased MDA and membrane penetration, decreased phytochroms, prolines and NO_3~--N. It is beneficial to plant growth when irrigation was done with 10% seawater, because of higher ratio of K~+/Na~+ and lower ratio of Na~+/Ca~(2+). In addition, the polysaccharide contents in Aloe vera leaves increase twice and triplication under 25% and 50% seawater irrigation respectively, the barbaloin contents increase over triplication in var. 75% seawater and over twice in var. 50% seawater and var. 100% seawater. However, when seawater concentration exceeds 25% the growth of plant was inhibited, biomass decreased, flowering time was deferred, Ca~(2+) content decreased caused by Na~+ accumulation in leaves.

结果表明：在海水胁迫下，库拉索芦荟全叶汁的吸光度、酸度、相对密度、总固形物和水分含量总体上受海水浓度的影响不大；但芦荟叶的丙二醛含量和质膜透性增加，叶绿体色素、脯氨酸和硝态氮含量减少；在10％海水浇灌下，芦荟叶细胞具有较高的K~+／Na~+比和较低的Na~+／Ca~(2+)比，对库拉索芦荟的生长有一定的促进作用；在25％海水和50％海水浇灌下，芦荟多糖含量提高了2-3倍；在75％海水浇灌下芦荟甙含量增加了3倍多，在50％海水和100％海水灌溉下，其含量也增加了2倍多；当海水浇灌浓度超过25％后，库拉索芦荟的生长明显受到抑制，生物量降低，抽苔期推迟，同时，海水浓度的增加也导致芦荟叶中累积大量Na~+，从而使得芦荟叶中Ca~(2+)含量降低，但Mg~(2+)并没有受到海水浓度的影响；用浓度低于75％的海水浇灌库拉索芦荟可以降低剖面深度在0-100cm之间的土壤盐度；其抗氧化保护酶中超氧化歧化酶的酶活力相对保持稳定，过氧化物酶的酶活力在10％海水浇灌下明显提高，随后则下降，而过氧化氢酶的酶活力则随海水浓度的升高而下降。

To synthesize the results of the research above, we found that the well result of the study on activities and detergency are extracted by methanol extracts. It had ability of antioxidant and anti-iflammatory activity on the biological activities. Sapindus mukorossi were surface activity well and stretched less damage on hair. It will raise application value of Sapindus mukorossi on cosmetics.

综合以上之结果，甲醇萃取物为乾燥粉末可增加原料保存性，且发现在生物活性及清洁力试验上皆以甲醇萃取物之效果最好，具抗氧化、抗发炎能力，此外存在表面活性优良性质，对头发强度之伤害性小，因此增加其在化菻~上之应用潜力。

In details, the strongest inhabitation to the shoot growth was observed when neutral soluble fractionates were supplied. The shoot biomass with neutral soluble fractionates added was decreased by 10.52% over the blank control, resulting in obvious increase of root: shoot ratio. It suggests that the root exudates would be self-poisonous. Besides, both acid and alkaline soluble fractionates exhibited the trend to increase the stem height and it is necessary to exploit the reasons.

For the second part, the damping behavior of Mg matrix composite was studied. It is found that the graphite fiber achieves better damping capacity than other reinforcements. The phase transformation happened in the Mg matrix can improve damping capacity and with the increase of reinforcement damping capacity can also be improved at high temperature.

The results showed that soil wind erosion was the near-surface wind-sand activity. The sediment particle saltates mainly in 7.5-43.5 cm. Wind sediment amount decreased along height, which correlate well with power function, exponent function and logarithm function. The sediment particle composition was influenced strongly by wind erosion intensity and topsoil characteristics. However, the regularity of sediment composition was distinct in a definite paticle size in different heights. Wind erosion amount increases with wind speed exponentially, which was influenced by times that the wind does.
