Late 2004, after a vacation in London and Italy respectively with my father and mother, my father opened a joint bank account of $9,700,000 US Dollars in a London bank on my name as the next of kin and inheritor, and on arrival to Senegal, i and my mother decided to transfer the money out of London after we were informed about the new British government's banking policy of deduction of taxes from funds and deposits in British banks that belong to non-residents which we saw as dangerous and highly exploitative, and after requesting for the modalities of transfer of the money out of London I was told to search for someone who will provide a bank account to pay in the money since I am currently refugees without oversea bank account.
