Model occulted corrosion cell and other electrochemical methods were employed to study the characteristic ofbronze pit corrosion, the effects of dissolved oxygen、 pH and richened migrating of 〓 ion on the developmentof cavity in the simulated electrolyte solution. Corrosion inhibition for chloride ion by1-phenyl-5-mercapto-tetrazole pre-film on bronze has been evaluated. The mechanism of interactionbetween PMTA and the bronze surface has been studied by means of AES and XPS techniques.

采用&模拟闭塞腐蚀电池&等电化学的方法，研究了青铜器粉状锈的孔蚀特征，以及模拟电解质溶液中溶解氧、pH值、氯离子的迁移富集对孔穴生长的影响，评价了1-苯基-5-巯基-四氮唑缓蚀膜抗氯离子腐蚀的性能，利用AES、XPS方法研究了PMTA青铜表面成膜作用的机理。

结果表明，低温快速磷化处理液的组成：Zn(H2PO4 )2· 2H2O为 55 ~65g/L、Zn(NO3 )2·6H2O为 70~85g/L、浓H3PO4 为 5mL/L、氧化剂NaNO2 加入量为 0 2~0 4g/L；经 40℃、10min的快速磷化处理后，获得的磷化膜膜重大于 10g/m2，结晶细小致密，与基体结合力强。

It was found that the homogeneous orientation tendency of azobenzene was a common phenomenon in the self-assembled films fabricated by electrostatic layer-by-layer dipping process of the side-chain azo polyelectrolytes and poly(diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride); substituents that link to azobenzene have influences on the orientation of azobenzene in self-assembled films,which could be attributed to charge interaction and dipolar interaction between the chromophores and the polycation substrates.
